수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트요크셔 호텔

아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다

열악한 고객 서비스. 객실에는 리셉션 데스크에서 택시를 예약할 수 있는 정보가 있습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 갔고 직원은 전화 번호 만 지적하고 우리가 직접 예약할 수 있다고 말했습니다. 그녀는 의자에서 일어나거나 우리를 돕기 위해 오지 않았습니다. 방만 괜찮습니다. 욕실 환기 통풍구에 먼지가 많습니다.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

Crowne Plaza is well located for city centre. Stayed here with family for a special birthday treat. Hotel lovely and staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

실망스러운! 과거에 이 호텔에 머물렀고 기준이 떨어졌다고 느꼈습니다. 우리 방은 트윈으로 설정되었습니다. 우리는 불평하지 않았지만 우리가 커피를 즐기고 휴식을 취했을 때 누군가가 더블로 바꾸기 위해 도착했습니다. 화재 경보기가 여러 번 울려 불쾌했습니다. 우리는 그것이 시끄럽게 해야 한다는 것에 감사하지만 분명히 문제가 있었습니다! 창에서 바라보는 전망은 콘크리트 지붕 너머의 전망일 뿐이었다. 우리가 아침 식사에 앉기를 기다렸을 때 직원들은 매우 무관심해 보였습니다! 커피 머신이 고장났습니다(뜨거운 커피 주전자를 사용할 수 있음) 아침 식사 후 우리는 떠나기 전에 휴식을 취하려고했지만 118호실은 이것을 허용하지 않았습니다. 강사가 함께 노래하는 동안 ”Come on Eileen”과 같은 음악이 울리는 건강 유지 수업 바로 위에있었습니다! !

Nice welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent! Unfortunately hotel had a strong smell of damp at main reception and in hall ways. Room could have been cleaner seen chocolate finger marks on curtains from previous guest. Tv didn’t work in room. Nice leisure facilities.

Ok place to stay would be really nice if staff was alittle polite

Great hotel with nice decor rooms. As i came from far and i have electric car the biggest benefit was the Tesla superchargers. I got the basic room and it didn’t include breakfast or access to the gym/pool. Parking overnight is a £5 charge. So for me everything was an extra even when i asked for dental kit as i forgot my toothbrush it was an extra £1. There was no phone for room service either in room so i had to go downstairs. Great room otherwise.
