크라운 플라자 리즈 바이 IHG

정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 라운지 이용과 오후 5시 체크아웃 옵션이 있어서 리즈를 둘러볼 시간을 가질 수 있었던 점이 아주 좋았습니다. 스파도 훌륭했고, 모든 직원분들이 친절했어요.

호텔은 주요 도로와 매우 가깝고 접근하기 쉽습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 효율적이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 신선합니다. 이곳을 마지막으로 방문한 이후 레저용 탈의실이 업그레이드되었으며 모든 레저 센터를 다시 한 번 이용하게 되어 기쁩니다. 레스토랑과 바 공간도 좋은 수준의 고객 서비스와 함께 새롭게 단장되었습니다. 시내 중심가는 여러 매력적인 바와 레스토랑을 지나 편안한 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 Zapps에서 멋진 태국 음식을 먹었습니다. 단점은 두 번째로 우리 방 냉장고에 결함이 있어서 다음 방문에 첫 번째로 확인하겠습니다. 요리된 아침 식사는 매우 완벽했지만 그다지 뜨겁지는 않았습니다. 차가운 선택도 포괄적이었습니다. Plaza에 머무르는 것의 가장 큰 장점 중 하나는 M621과 고속도로에 접근하기가 훨씬 더 쉽고 순환 도로 네트워크를 협상할 필요가 없다는 것입니다. 우리가 리즈에 갈 때 항상 첫 번째 선택입니다.

수영장이 아이들로 가득 차 있었지만 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 체크인 시 제가 선불로 결제했다는 사실을 호텔에서 몰랐던 약간의 문제가 있었지만 신속하게 처리되었습니다! 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 방에 있는 차와 커피는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 침대는 정말 편안했고 휴대폰을 TV로 전송하기가 쉬웠습니다.

Me and my partner had a wonderful 4-star experience here. I had originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that I decided to extend it at the last minute. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They even decorated the bed for my partner's birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. When I extended my booking, the housekeeper kindly offered me extra toilet roll before she had even reached my room—it was a small gesture, but it really showed how attentive and caring the staff were. The hotel was spotless throughout, in a fantastic location with easy access to the city centre and the nearby shopping mall. It's also a beautiful hotel with plenty of aesthetic spots for taking photos. Would highly recommend going here and will definitely be back !

I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!

Perfect hotel

Amazing value for money with the room and bar. Could not rate the facilities as the spa and pool were shut for renovation on the week of my stay.

The location was perfect and the hotel was decent enough. But it was exceptionally noisy with the people in the swimming Pool being heard two floors up and the people in the room either side very clearly audible. Parking is £18.50! Much cheaper elsewhere

The reception staff on arrival were great. My room was all ready for me and even tho ive stayed here before I was reminded where the lifts and other facilities were. 1 of lifts was not working ( again) - its happened on prior stays too. Neither the steam room nor the jacuzzi were working which was disappointing but reception staff were apologetic about this. My room was lovely. Spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had both a bath and shower over. The bathroom towels were soft and a really good ie large size. I had a mini fridge in the room which is always good and supplies of water, tea, coffee and biscuits was generous. The bar service was poor. Neither happy about swapping long life milk for fresh milk. Also never heard of bitter lemon mixer.
