Very helpful staff great food selection in restaurants arrived midnight fab customer service as a disabled customer having a late flight we stayed the week before on our outward journey they helped me contact assisted boarding would definitely stay again n recommend friends n family nothing was a bother my companion is plant based n they provided oat milk n tea bags on request rooms bright n airy beds so comfortable after long flight great shampoo conditioner n body lotions of good quality can't thank staff enough for there help

아침 식사는 매우 일반적인 수준입니다. 기대하지 마십시오. 구내 스타벅스가 있습니다. 더 나은 아침 식사를 원하신다면 호텔에서가 아닌 스타벅스에서 드시는 것을 고려해 볼 수 있습니다(그러나 오전 8시에 영업).
근처에 큰 바 + 레스토랑이 1개뿐입니다. 음식은 일반적인 바 수준의 품질이지만 가격은 평균보다 낮습니다. 메인 코스는 13~15정도.

그럼에도 불구하고 체크인을 도와주는 컨시어지/리셉션 구역이 첫인상을 좌우할 거예요.
프런트 데스크 직원들은 그렇게 친절하지 않고 태도가 (나쁜 방식으로) 좀 험악해요.
다음날 아침 체크아웃할 때까지 프런트 데스크 매니저가 정말 친절하고 고객에게 친절하게 대해주는 걸 느꼈어요. 첫인상이 기대했던 것과 달라서 아쉽네요.
조식이 포괄적이에요. 분위기도 영국식으로 되어 있어요. 문화적 측면이 마음에 들어요.
객실은 편안해요. 다시 머물고 싶지만 프런트 데스크의 불친절한 직원들은 싫어요.

호텔은 주석에 적힌 그대로입니다.
작은 방이지만 충분히 아늑합니다. 욕실은 꽤 편안합니다. 비록 젖은 방에 가깝지만. 그러니 샤워 슬리퍼를 가져오세요.
아래층 바는 괜찮습니다. 재미있는 소매 공원과 가깝습니다.
직원들은 친절했습니다. 체크인을 일찍 할 수 있었어요. 정말 다행이었습니다!

이 호텔은 맨체스터 공항 근처에 위치해 있어 비행기 소음이 거의 없는 조용한 휴식처입니다.

방의 스타일은 레트로하고 꽤 좋고 세면 도구가 훌륭하고 냉장고가 있습니다. 그러나 최상층의 수영장은 길이가 2~3미터에 불과한 매우 작습니다. 실제로 수영을 하는 사람은 없습니다. 수영장에 사는 경우 가격이 약간 높습니다. 최상층에 사우나도 있어서 찜질하기 너무 편해요~

All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

SSal Jobe최근 맨체스터의 상징적인 비텀 타워에 위치한 힐튼 맨체스터 딘스**트 호텔에 묵었는데, 여러모로 기억에 남는 경험이었습니다. 이 멋진 유리 고층 건물의 회전문을 통해 들어서는 순간부터 모던하고 웅장한 분위기가 느껴지며, 이는 투숙 기간 내내 좋은 인상을 남겼습니다.
위치 및 첫인상
위치는 정말 최고입니다. 딘스**트 거리에 있어 아른데일 쇼핑센터, 스피닝필즈 비즈니스 지구, 활기 넘치는 노던 쿼터 등 맨체스터 최고의 명소들을 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 딘스**트 역이 바로 앞에 있어 대중교통 이용도 편리합니다.
도착하자마자 로비가 강렬한 인상을 주었습니다. 높은 천장, 깔끔한 라인, 세련된 인테리어가 현대적이고 스타일리시한 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 체크인은 매끄럽고 효율적이었으며, 직원들의 전문적인 응대가 돋보였습니다. 로비가 꽤 붐볐음에도 불구하고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 주어 편안하게 체크인할 수 있었습니다.
객실 및 편의시설
제가 묵었던 객실은 고층에 위치해 있어 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 창문을 통해 맨체스터의 아름다운 스카이라인을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점 중 하나였죠. 침대는 정말 편안했고, 깨끗한 침구와 푹신한 베개 덕분에 아침에 일어나기가 힘들 정도였습니다.
객실에는 4성급 힐튼 호텔답게 대형 TV, 다리미와 다리미판, 미니 냉장고, 금고, 그리고 비즈니스 여행객을 위한 조명이 잘 갖춰진 넓은 작업 공간까지 모든 것이 완비되어 있었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 현대적이었으며, 고급스러운 세면도구가 비치되어 있었습니다. 다만 샤워기의 수압이 조금 더 강했으면 하는 아쉬움은 있었습니다. 전반적으로 투숙 기간 내내 청결 상태는 흠잡을 데 없이 훌륭했습니다.
시설 및 편의시설
힐튼 맨체스터 딘스**트의 진정한 강점은 바로 다양한 편의시설입니다. 특히 넓은 수영장과 잘 갖춰진 헬스클럽과 스파는 큰 장점입니다. 하루 종일 도시를 둘러본 후 사우나와 스팀룸에서 피로를 푸는 것이 정말 좋았습니다.
이그제큐티브 라운지는 이그제큐티브 층 투숙객이나 힐튼 아너스 회원이 이용할 수 있는 평화로운 휴식 공간이었습니다. 다양한 음료를 제공했습니다.

익익명 사용자During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

리리뷰어I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

리리뷰어Had to move rooms 3 times, but staff were very accommodating. First room allocated, the shower was spitting out water rather than consistent. 2nd room, we were allocated right next to the leisure centre, to which what we believed to have been their air con machine, kept making loads of noise and woke us up at 6:40am. 3rd room, the shower basin dropped slightly which seemed to affect the water from draining properly, but we couldn’t be bothered to ask to move rooms a fourth time.
Room was clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating.
