This hotel is very good service. The environment is very good as well. But, It provide a location of free car park space. You shall make sure have a car if you are a traveler.

조식이 포괄적이에요. 분위기도 영국식으로 되어 있어요. 문화적 측면이 마음에 들어요.
객실은 편안해요. 다시 머물고 싶지만 프런트 데스크의 불친절한 직원들은 싫어요.
호텔은 주석에 적힌 그대로입니다.
작은 방이지만 충분히 아늑합니다. 욕실은 꽤 편안합니다. 비록 젖은 방에 가깝지만. 그러니 샤워 슬리퍼를 가져오세요.
아래층 바는 괜찮습니다. 재미있는 소매 공원과 가깝습니다.
직원들은 친절했습니다. 체크인을 일찍 할 수 있었어요. 정말 다행이었습니다!
During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

이 아파트에는 에어컨과 함께 주방의 냉장고 및 오븐 등 고객의 편의를 위한 시설이 잘 마련되어 있어요. 무료 무선 인터넷을 이용하실 수 있으며 65인치 스마트 TV가 구비되어 있어 지루하지 않게 시간을 보내실 수 있습니다. 책상, 별도의 좌석 공간 등의 편의 시설 및 서비스를 활용할 수 있다는 것도 큰 장점이죠.
All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

아침 식사는 매우 일반적인 수준입니다. 기대하지 마십시오. 구내 스타벅스가 있습니다. 더 나은 아침 식사를 원하신다면 호텔에서가 아닌 스타벅스에서 드시는 것을 고려해 볼 수 있습니다(그러나 오전 8시에 영업).
근처에 큰 바 + 레스토랑이 1개뿐입니다. 음식은 일반적인 바 수준의 품질이지만 가격은 평균보다 낮습니다. 메인 코스는 13~15정도.
리리뷰어I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

리리뷰어Quick check in, room was spotless and so was the bathroom. Only thing that let this place down, was that the air con was not working. Breakfast was good, fully stocked and kept clean/tidy.
익익명 사용자호텔의 위치는 매우 좋고 쇼핑몰과 매우 가깝고 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 많으며 빅토리아 기차역도 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사도 꽤 괜찮습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 방에 세탁기와 냉장고가 있다는 것입니다. 식기도 매우 완벽하고 모든 것이 따뜻한 느낌입니다. 집처럼.
리리뷰어Was given a top floor room and asked for another as wife has just had two knee replacements the lady then gave us another room which was further away and just as many stairs, the room was ok but their was a noise which made it impossible to hear the television so on asking was put in the original top floor room and the television was not working only one Chanel and could not alter anything, We were then given another room two doors away and the room was fine but still top floor, both in mid seventies and was watched struggling up lots of stairs with no offer of help, very poor service and understanding.
