조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 더럼 호텔

Accessible room with twin beds was large, clean and well equipped. Great location off A1M with alternative to hotel restaurant if needed. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Perfect for breaking our motorway journey.

A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset  was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

클럽 18-30 경험처럼. 호텔은 환상적이었고 음식은 훌륭했고 직원들은 멀리갔습니다. 그러나 호텔의 주요 기능은 잠을 잘 곳이 있다는 것입니다. 호텔은 숙박 당일 밤 두 차례의 결혼식을 했는데 12시 45분부터 14시 30분 사이에 복도를 통과하는 비명을 지르고 웃고 파티를 하며 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 상황을 해결하려고 하는 어떤 직원이나, 그냥 많은 소음을 듣지 못했어요. 개들이 머물기 위해 20 파운드의 추가 요금을 지불해야했고 그들은 허용되지 않았습니다. 식당에서 - 매우 합리적이지만 추가 요금을 지불하지 않거나 따라야 할 필요가없는 다른 동물들이 더 잘 행동했다고 말해야합니다. 기본적인 행동 규칙이 있습니다. 체크아웃시, 즐거운 숙박이 있는지 묻지도 않았습니다. 직원들이 잘못된 관리를 확인하고 싶지 않다고 생각합니다. 이것이 사용 된 일종의 설립이지만 Trip.com이라면 첫인상이 먼 길을 가고 있다고 말할 수 있으며 앞으로 다른 호텔 중개인에게 계속 협조 할 것입니다.

우리는 3 층의 아주 작은 방에 배치되었습니다. 엘리베이터는 2 층으로 만갑니다. 3 층으로가는 엘리베이터는 고장났습니다. 우리는 둘 다 70 년대 후반에 복도를 따라 가방을 들고 약 40 계단을 올라 가야했습니다. 직원 중 누구도 도움을 주겠다고 제안하지 않았습니다. 우리가 체크 아웃 할 때 우리는 3 층으로 올라가는 엘리베이터를 사용하는 직원을 발견했습니다.

I have been to Hartlepool many times in the past stayed in different places over the years but the Grand Hotel I liked nice staff spacious rooms location ideal I did come across one rude customer that was not very nice despite the staff doing g everything they could for her so I just had to tell her off fo being so rude definitely will stay again and also o e mention to the curry house in the same building excellent food and again nice staff

오래된 방 - 호텔은 오래된 지역에서 개조가 필요합니다 - 새 spirts 바는 비싸고 깨끗하지 않은 실망스러운 - 지문으로 더러워지고 끈적 끈적한 nenus - 새로운 것을 고려할 때 Fusion의 메인은 좋았지 만 새우는 더 높은 표준을 요구했습니다. 파운드 5.95의 크래커는 끔찍했습니다.

Good hotel. Decent location. £7 to park in their car park which I didn't know about so unexpected charge. Room was ok, can get a bit cold and heating maxed out at 36 degrees but other than that it's not too bad, good value for the price.
