피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트요크셔 호텔

아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

호텔 자체는 훌륭했고 위치는 훌륭했습니다. 다시 늦은 체크 아웃 마녀는 훌륭했지만 청소는 훌륭하지 않았지만 아침에 그 여성과 이야기했고 그녀는 사진을 요청하고 즉시 플래그를 붙였습니다. 이 여성은 환상적이었지만 그녀의 이름을 얻지 못했습니다. 모든 내부와 바닥 시트가 충분히 크지 않아 침대 위쪽에 4인치 틈이 있었습니다. 마녀는 매트리스 보호기였습니다. 이것은 피처럼 보이는 더러운 자국이 있었습니다. 방 전체가 먼지가 많았고 더러워진 컵의 가락이 있었고 굴되지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다. 나와 내 딸이 멋진 밤을 보냈고 그것을 망치고 싶지 않았기 때문에 소란을 피우고 싶지 않았습니다. 경영진에게 표시되어 있었기 때문에 분명히 깨끗한 방에 비용을 지불했기 때문에이 상황에 대해 연락하기를 바랍니다.

A comfortable stay in quiet, clean and well resourced rooms. The hotel is located near the train station and in walking distance to all city centre locations. Stayed multiple times and always happy to return.

엄마와 함께 리즈 대학교를 견학했습니다. 위치는 좋고 모두 친절했지만, 방에 냄새가 너무 심한 기계가 있었어요. 프런트에 말했더니 창문을 열라고 하더군요. 냄새가 전혀 안 나요. 새 방을 달라고 계속 설득해야 했어요.

The hotel is an excellent location,near to train station and stop for the A1 Flyer airport bus.We had a warm welcome and swift check in. Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is very little hanging space for clothes but as it was an overnight stay it did not impact on us. Drinks in the sky bar were enjoyable and breakfast was ample with plenty of choices in cooked items as well as pastries and fruit. We were very happy with our choice and will back for another night very soon.

호텔은 전략적으로 좋은 위치에 있고 기차역과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 뒷문에 기차역으로 이어지는 특별한 통로가 있습니다. 기차역은 호텔 바로 밖에 있습니다. 호텔 **트 맞은편에는 많은 사람들이 커피 바에서 음료를 마시는 광장이 있습니다. 우리는 모두 리즈의 주요 명소로 걸어갔는데, 모두 10분 이상 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 우아하고 복고풍으로 장식되어 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 작은 구석에 비교적 작습니다. 프런트 데스크의 여성과 삼촌은 매우 좋은 서비스 태도와 사랑스러운 미소를 가지고 있습니다. 영국 백인의 서비스 태도는 정말 좋습니다. 다만 객실의 시설이 비교적 단순할 뿐입니다. 객실은 매우 작고 가방을 위한 선반조차 없습니다. 물건을 가지고 다니기에 매우 불편합니다. 다음날 아침 일어나서 침대 베개에 연한 분홍색 피 같은 물질을 발견했습니다. 정말 역겹습니다! 다음날 아침, 방 문이 열리지 않았습니다. 방 문과 프런트 데스크를 오가며 찾아봤지만 열리지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 위층으로 올라왔지만 역시 열리지 않았습니다. 직원이 다시 전화를 걸었고, 전화 상대는 아마도 도어 카드나 자물쇠가 고장났다고 말했을 것입니다. 마침내 직원이 아래층으로 내려가 문을 여는 열쇠를 가져왔습니다. 직원이 방 문 앞에서 기다리고 있었습니다. 저는 서둘러 짐을 챙기고 체크아웃을 해야 했습니다. 수십 년 동안 호텔에 머물면서 이렇게 창피하고 어색한 상황은 처음이었습니다. 이번 리즈에서의 숙박 경험은 끔찍했습니다!
