피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트요크셔 호텔

아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

호텔 자체는 훌륭하고 우리의 목적을 위해 잘 임명되었습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 머물 것을 예약 할 것이다. 우리가 슬램 덩크 축제에 참석하고 있었던 템플 뉴삼 공원과 M1 액세스에 특히 편리합니다. 유일한 문제는 체크인이었습니다. 모든 서류 작업에서 2개를 예약하고 지불했다는 것을 확인했지만 호텔에 예약 참조 아래에 나열된 방이 하나뿐이었습니다. 주말 내내 당황스러웠습니다. 머리를 많이 긁은 후, 그들은 그들이 찾을 수 있는 방 1분 후에 다른 방이 예약되었다는 것을 알았습니다. 이름은 붙어 있지 않았습니다. 이것이 trip.com 또는 라마다 시스템의 문제인지 확실하지 않지만 우리와 우리를 체크인하려고하는 직원들에게 불편과 스트레스를 초래했습니다. 아마도이 문제를 볼 수 있습니까?

A comfortable stay in quiet, clean and well resourced rooms. The hotel is located near the train station and in walking distance to all city centre locations. Stayed multiple times and always happy to return.

엄마와 함께 리즈 대학교를 견학했습니다. 위치는 좋고 모두 친절했지만, 방에 냄새가 너무 심한 기계가 있었어요. 프런트에 말했더니 창문을 열라고 하더군요. 냄새가 전혀 안 나요. 새 방을 달라고 계속 설득해야 했어요.

We enjoyed our stay,a little disappointed that check in was delayed till 4.15pm as the laundry had not been delivered.We were offered a complimentary drink however I would have appreciated a message to forewarn us of the delay. Any way things happen. Our room on this occasion was larger than the corner room we had a few nights earlier and the temperature was good (the air conditioning was faulty previously so the room was very cold )Breakfast was good with plenty of different options . After check-out we were able to store our luggage for a few hours before we departed for the airport. Staff are polite and respectful and I would be happy to recommend this hotel and to stay there again in the future.

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

호텔은 주요 도로와 매우 가깝고 접근하기 쉽습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 효율적이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 신선합니다. 이곳을 마지막으로 방문한 이후 레저용 탈의실이 업그레이드되었으며 모든 레저 센터를 다시 한 번 이용하게 되어 기쁩니다. 레스토랑과 바 공간도 좋은 수준의 고객 서비스와 함께 새롭게 단장되었습니다. 시내 중심가는 여러 매력적인 바와 레스토랑을 지나 편안한 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 Zapps에서 멋진 태국 음식을 먹었습니다. 단점은 두 번째로 우리 방 냉장고에 결함이 있어서 다음 방문에 첫 번째로 확인하겠습니다. 요리된 아침 식사는 매우 완벽했지만 그다지 뜨겁지는 않았습니다. 차가운 선택도 포괄적이었습니다. Plaza에 머무르는 것의 가장 큰 장점 중 하나는 M621과 고속도로에 접근하기가 훨씬 더 쉽고 순환 도로 네트워크를 협상할 필요가 없다는 것입니다. 우리가 리즈에 갈 때 항상 첫 번째 선택입니다.
