주차 시설 시설을 갖춘 브라질 미나스 제라이스 호텔

Hotel agradável,atendimento cordial,quartos bem limpinhos. Único ponto negativo q antes da reserva constava com estacionamento no local gratuito, e na verdade tivemos q pagar 30 reais para o carro ficar sobre a grama,nem em uma vaga coberta era, ao lado de um coqueiro q poderia cair no capô o coco e ser um prejuízo grande. Fica a dica para o estabelecimento não ofertar estacionamento gratuito, mas sim pago no local. E ressaltando q av. Que fica o hotel é proibido estacionar,sendo assim vc e obrigado a pagar os 30 reais.

Hotel excelente, muito organizado e bem localizado. Quarto grande, espaçoso e arejada para quem não gosta de usar o ar-condicionado. Próximo a mercados, restaurantes e farmácias, café da manhã excelente e com um ótimo atendimento da Ana Carolina.

O hotel tem uma localização boa perto do aeroporto internacional de BH, para quem procura um hotel com bom custo benefício perto do aeroporto é uma ótima dica! Achei a limpeza mediana, ja q vi lixo no chao do meu quarto de hospede anterior, ducha muito boa e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, cafe da manhã muito bom!! Porem única coisa que me incomodou muito, foi o despreparo do hotel, em ao pedir um travesseiro extra, me negaram de forma grosseira, o q é um absurdo, falei então educadamente q tinham q ter um travesseiro extra no hotel sim, (como nao ter um travesseiro extra naquele hotel gigante, impossível, estavam de má vontade isso sim), pois tenho problema de coluna q se virassem para conseguir um, ae depois de muito custo, e horas de espera, mandaram um travesseiro extra, aff, todo hotel tem a obrigação de ter travesseiro extra, pela grosseria do funcionário e pela falta de preparo do hotel em ter travesseiro extra, nao volto a me hospedar aqui, sou muito justo e essa ressalva do travesseiro acabou com a reputação do hotel para mim!!

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Can’t wait to go back in a different circumstances and be able to enjoy all the amenities! Thank you!!! Muito obrigada!!! All the best, Juliana Melo

Gostamos muito da localização de acordo com o nosso panorama de viagem. A higiene do Hotel é fantástica assim como todo zelo demonstrado pelos funcionários. O café da manhã fantástico e tinha uma preocupação dos funcionários em manter tudo limpo e muito bem organizado. Superou as expectativas.

前台服務員服務態度極其差，幫我喊的出租車在我上車時已經打表，我和司機提出疑問司機裝傻不知道，但是我明天打車知道不可能剛上車碼錶就跳動這麼多；拒絕騙子司機，和前台反饋重新打車，前台女孩説沒有其他車了；問她附近的Av.Brasil在哪個方向，也搖頭裝傻説不知道。這麼著名的街道怎麼可能不知道？是因為我沒有配合她被司機坑得手騙不高興吧

호텔은 벨로 호라이즌 테 (Belo Horizonte) 중심에 위치하고 있으며 매우 오래된 숙박 시설이 있습니다. 리셉션 서비스는 약간 잘못되었습니다. 우리가 가진 방은 넓고 좋은 침대, 오래된 에어컨 및 시끄러운 곳이었습니다. 화장실도 좋은 방과 샤워 시설이 잘 되어 있었지만, 물이 문으로 지나가 화장실을 물에 잠겼습니다.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Poor experience, 1. The room reserved in advance was not available. 2. The window was broken, allowing direct light into the room without blackout. 3. The air conditioning doesn't turn off the light due to the control not being standard for the machine. 4. Being on the top floor, the noise from the elevator machine is clearly audible, providing a unique experience that, unfortunately, is worth it 👊. 5. To conclude, the snacks from the minibar were already pre-consumed and left in the same place. A rather peculiar situation 🤨. Maybe the trend will catch on, huh... Worst hotel experience in Brazil, and this is my first Google review. Room with an issue: 801. Top floor, first tower. Want an adventure? Just come and camp ⛺️.

(b) 끔찍한 침투가있는 커피 룸, 르네상스를위한 젖은 / 끓인 벽은 악몽입니다. 수정하시기 바랍니다. Betim의 다음 작업, Samba가 우리의 중지가 될 것입니다

A simpatia das recepcionistas é ímpar! Parabéns íbis BH contorno. O padrão íbis sempre presente, por isso sempre escolho íbis ! Podem escolher sem receio, rede íbis não decepciona ! A localização do íbis av contorno também é um ponto a mais, perto da Savassi e dos melhores pontos de BH

공항에 비해 위치가 좋은 호텔입니다. 유일한 단점은 모든 것과 너무 멀리 떨어져 있다는 것입니다. ifood(선주문) 또는 Uber Eats를 통해 주문하려면 아무도 그렇게 멀리 갈 수 없습니다. 유일한 것은 호텔에서 먹는 것, 음식은 나쁘지 않지만 많은 종류가 있습니다.

나는 완벽한 위치를 좋아했다! 나는 완벽한 숙소를 좋아했다! 멋진 아침 식사! 완벽한 서비스! 훌륭한 위치!

Fine hotel , clean rooms , very friendly staff serving and giving info Breakfast in a nice resto , is connected to a pizzaand food bar which was very good for decent meal Also there very friendly staff Lies in the small town , near a lake , nice views but nothing much to do

I will start with good things: awesome location on the lake in a safe town, friendly staff (as much their lack of English goes), very comfortable mattress and delicious breakfast. BUT the rooms are NOT clean (as somebody already wrote, you see other people’s hair on the floor, bathroom), neither they clean floors during your stay. The furniture and facilities are quite outdated and bathroom is moldy. While the bed is huge, they don’t have fitting to it bedsheets - they barely cover the mattress and keep on sliding during the night. AND most important we got screwed upon checkout- someone twice put a dinner in our room, interestingly enough on one of our names… which was impossible to sort out with limited English skills of the staff. I am quite disappointed with the way it all went…

A atendente Nívea foi muito educada, nos acolheu muito bem . Depois de atraso do vôo e estávamos bem cansados e indignados pelo péssimo atendimento da companhia da Azul. A atendente Nívea nos atendeu com simpatia e cordialidade, deixando nossa noite mais leve. Parabéns Nívea pelo atendimento humanizado
