They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.
t is 1:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025, and the room I checked into is Room 244. At present, the room is affected by the hotel's KTV or travel party room. The noise is very loud, and the music is very loud. I can't fall asleep! After asking the front desk, the front desk replied that the entertainment activities will not end until 2 a.m., and the rooms are full and cannot be changed! Complain about the irresponsible management behavior and management attitude of the hotel! Rooms in this environment should not be sold. They received requests for assistance but were of no help, and ignored the guests' requests at all! I demand an apology from the hotel and compensation for economic and mental losses!
교통은 편리하지만 기본적으로 이 호텔에는 주차장이 없습니다. 운전하는 친구들은 주의를 기울여야 합니다. 호텔 50m 이내에 KFC, 하드웨어 및 전기 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 호텔의 시설은 약간 낡았지만 켄달리 시에서는 중상급입니다.
