무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 일본 홋카이도 호텔

아들과 가족 3명으로 숙박을 했습니다만 60㎡를 넘는 넓은 방에서 한가롭게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 리폼도 되어 있어 깨끗한 상태로 고급감이라고 하는 것보다 안심감을 얻는 스타일이었습니다. 온천은 뜨겁고, 표준, 미지근한 3탕과 노천탕이 준비되어 있어 취향에 따라 즐길 수 있습니다. 마찬가지로 사우나도 고온과 중온이 있습니다. 조식은 뷔페 형식으로 자리에 따라 바다를 바라보며 즐길 수 있습니다. 좀 더 해물 덮밥의 공간에 팝 등을 입고 고조되면 즐길 것 같네요. 프런트의 스탭들은 기분 좋게 대응해 주셔서 웰컴 드링크나 택시의 수배 등 세세하게 안내해 주었습니다. 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

조잔케이에 있는 고급 리조트형 료칸입니다. 시작부터 끝까지 럭셔리를 표방해서 상당히 작은 부분까지도 배려심이 엿보입니다. 역사 깊은 고급료칸의 서비스 레벨은 아직 아니지만, 머물고 있는 동안 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 언제든 편하게 쉴수 있는 라운지, 전통적인 가이세키 요리 (전통적인 요리와 퓨전요리가 혼재 되어있습니다, 몇몇 음식은 일본 요리에 익숙하지 않은 사람들에게 어려울 수 있습니다.) 청결한 방 상태와 멋진 온천수, 전체적으로 상당히 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은, 아직 고급 료칸 서비스에 익숙하지 않은 몇몇 직원들과 실제 아담한 사이즈의 작은 대욕탕입니다. 그리고, 외부 흡연장소 전에 시거룸이 있는데 흡연 장소가 아니고 시거맛을 보는 장소인데 여기에서 술을 마시고 밤새워서 담배를 피우는 외국인 투숙객무리들이 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

방은 괜찮았어요. 욕조는 없었지만 호텔에 대중목욕탕이 있어서 일반적인 비즈니스 호텔 시설이라고 할 수 있겠네요. 나카지마 공원 지하철역 바로 건너편에 있어요. 다들 아시겠지만, 나카지마 공원은 스스키노나 오도리 근처가 아니라서 걸어가려면 거리가 좀 됩니다. 외진 곳은 아니지만 걸어야 해요. 삿포로 지하철은 도쿄처럼 자주 오는 편이 아니라서 걸어가는 시간과 비슷할 때도 있습니다. 눈이 올 때 짐 끌고 부모님 모시고 지하상가를 이용할 수 없어서 꽤 불편했습니다.

호텔 위치가 약간 언덕길이라 주차하기 전에 짐을 내려놓아야 합니다. 호텔에 무료 주차장이 있어 자가용 이용은 편리하지만, 주차장에서 호텔까지는 조금 걸어가야 합니다. 치즈 가게, 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓은 모두 차로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 저희는 세 명이 묵었는데, 객실은 넓고 전망도 좋았습니다. 조식도 훌륭해서 이틀 모두 호텔에서 먹었는데, 샐러드와 카레 종류가 매일 바뀌었습니다. 객실에는 조리 도구와 전자레인지가 구비되어 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 욕실이 조금 작다는 점입니다. 개인적으로 객실 샤워 공간은 충분히 넓었고 수압도 좋아서 객실에서 샤워하는 것이 더 편했습니다.

방이 정말 넓었고, 건물도 튼튼했어요. 홋카이도에서 진도 5 정도의 지진이 났을 때도 침대가 흔들리는 것만 느껴졌을 뿐이었죠. 로비 바의 맥주가 아주 맛있었는데, 예전에 삿포로 맥주 사무실이 있던 곳이라니 기회가 된다면 꼭 맥주를 드셔보세요. 삿포로역에서 택시로 6분 거리이고, 호텔 바로 앞에도 버스 정류장이 있어요. 호텔 맞은편에 있는 스포츠용품 아울렛도 둘러볼 가치가 충분합니다.

고료카쿠 전차역에서 도보 거리에 있고, 주변에 편의점, 로프트, 스타벅스도 있어요. 고료카쿠 타워도 가깝고, 타워 근처에는 럭키 삐에로 햄버거, 슌카 스시도 있어서 좋았어요. 조금 더 걸으면 롯카테이에서 디저트도 살 수 있고요. 일찍 도착했는데 직원분이 짐 보관도 도와주시고 잠옷도 제공해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다 🥰

호텔은 국제선 도착 로비에 있습니다. 나와서 오른쪽으로 돌아 로손 편의점을 지나 쭉 직진하면 끝에 엘리베이터가 보입니다. 엘리베이터를 타고 4층으로 올라가면 호텔 로비에 도착합니다. 체크인 시 웰컴 드링크를 제공해 주셨고, 방은 매우 넓었으며 비행기도 볼 수 있었고 방음도 잘 되었습니다. 흡연실은 4층에 하나 있는데 온천 가는 길에 있습니다. 온천에는 큰 탕이 하나 있는데 천연 온천은 아닌 것 같고, 냉탕 하나와 사우나가 있었지만 야외 온천은 없었습니다. 전반적으로 아주 좋았습니다. 다음 날 이른 비행기를 타거나 장거리 비행 후 쉬기에 완벽합니다. 특히 방에 있는 슬리퍼가 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 칭찬할 만합니다!

정말 훌륭했습니다. 분위기: 정말 아름답고, 곳곳이 섬세하게 꾸며져 있었어요. 서비스: 세심한 배려가 느껴져서 아주 편안했습니다. 위생: 정말 깨끗해서 곳곳에서 놀라움을 선사했어요. 다만, 교통편은 픽업 장소를 꼭 찾아야 해요. 다행히 씨트립 직원분이 도와주셔서 예약할 수 있었습니다.

매일 근처에 먹을 곳, 쇼핑할 곳이 많은 곳을 좋아하신다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 작년 10월에 리모델링하여 시설이 매우 새롭고, 에어컨도 조용하며 공기도 쾌적합니다. 10층에 묵으시면 멀리 눈 덮인 스키장이 보이는 뷰도 훌륭합니다. 조식 뷔페 식사 환경이 매우 좋고, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌어서 전체적으로 매일 오전 쇼핑이나 관광에 필요한 영양을 충분히 섭취할 수 있습니다. 저녁에 호텔로 돌아오면 10층 피트니스 센터에서 운동하고, 9층 퍼블릭 바스에서 스파를 즐기며 휴식할 수 있습니다. 신관 1층 왼쪽에 이온 편의점이 있어서 먹을 것, 마실 것을 사기 편리합니다. 신치토세 공항으로 돌아갈 때는 근처 주오 버스 정류장에서 버스를 탈 수 있으며, 하차 시 Paywave 기능이 있는 신용카드로 바로 요금을 지불할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 매우 좋습니다.
