Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

Our stay at Lumbini Five Elements Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love and care. The people there are truly warm-hearted — it felt more like being part of a family than just staying at a hotel. The hotel manager was an exceptional host, full of kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended to anyone visiting Lumbini! And I will do it any time again. Thank you for everything.

酒店應該是在一個村子裏麪，附近難得有一個這麼漂亮的酒店，就是周圍環境差了點。樓頂的西餐廳和酒吧也很棒，服務員都很熱情！

모든 것이 awasom 이었지만 전화로 ID 사진을 찍는 것은 무례했고 잘못 사용할 수 있습니다. 야경과 언덕 전망은 매혹적이었습니다.

호텔이 너무 오래돼서 하드웨어가 썩 좋지 않아요! 밤에 불을 켜보니 모기가 많았는데 다행히 물리지는 않았어요! 웨이터는 매우 친절하고, 레스토랑의 음식도 매우 맛있습니다. 우리가 주문한 프라이드 치킨과 볶음밥은 둘 다 맛있고, 추천합니다! 조식은 뷔페가 아니라 호텔에서 1인당 준비한 정식입니다. 매우 세심하고 훌륭합니다! 오늘 아침 호텔에서 두루미를 봤어요.

這家酒店的設施不錯，很乾凈。衹是他們的英文不是很好，和他們交流好長時間才明白我們是在攜程上預訂的。不過他們的服務態度很友好。
