정말 아름다운 인테리어를 갖춘 1800년대 테마 호텔입니다. 서비스는 최고 수준이었고 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 두 번째로 이곳에 머물렀는데 다시 예약하기 전에 두 번 생각하지 않을 겁니다. 공항과 가까운 위치지만 교통 체증을 헤쳐 나가는 것이 약간 까다로울 수 있습니다. 심지어 무료 음료 2잔을 주었고 제가 지금까지 경험한 것 중 가장 편안함을 느끼게 해주었습니다. 정말 좋아요!

A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers.
The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch.
The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

위치는 좋지만 호텔은 몇 년 동안 왔습니다. 가구, 바닥 등 모든 것이 비교적 사용되었습니다. 침대가 딱딱하지 않습니다. 피트니스 룸은 비교적 작지만 필요한 모든 것을 좋은 품질로 사용할 수 있습니다. 수영장은 태양 쪽에서 좋지만 침대는 특히 쾌적하지 않습니다.
푸네의 다른 호텔은 훨씬 더 나은 상태입니다.
아침 식사는 좋습니다. 잘 먹다. 개인은 물론 매우 친절합니다! 사람들은 단순히 푸네에서 훌륭합니다. 불행히도 두 번째로 리프트에 비해 같은 방을 얻습니다. 밤까지 매우 밝습니다. 아마도이 호텔에 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다.

Super fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.

1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside.
2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing
3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague,
Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order.
4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles.
5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay.
6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea.
Overall poor quality of service.

어머니와 나는 호텔에서의 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 괜찮은 시설을 갖춘 깨끗한 호텔이었습니다. 좋은 점은 직원, 특히 DM - Santosh Patil의 서비스였습니다!
그들은 ashram까지 24시간 교통 수단을 제공했습니다.
개선할 수 있는 것은 수건을 교체해야 한다는 것입니다. 깨끗했지만 과다 사용해 보입니다.
또한 침대는 단단했습니다. 그러나 가격, 위치 및 서비스에 대해 - 여전히 좋은 거래였습니다.

리리뷰어Great 5 star hotel with superb staff and breakfast! If you like shopping malls and a relaxing getaway, it's a fantastic location for you. We found it was not that close to the tourist attractions, but this would not be an issue if you arrange to go on tours like we did. However, this meant we didnt do a lot of walking in the surrounds to get a high cultural experience. Staff were superb and made us feel very special (thank you Simen and the housekeeping staff!), and we really enjoyed our short staycation.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection.
Dining Experience
The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable.

The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.

CConstantin Andreas WernerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
