훌륭한 위치입니다. 객실은 전반적으로 깨끗하지만 일부 가구가 낡아 보이고 객실 카펫에는 얼룩이 많고 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 매우 불쾌했습니다. 전망이 인상적입니다. 레스토랑 음식은 괜찮았지만 칵테일 아워 음식은 수준 이하였습니다. 프런트 오피스와 청구 문제가 많았는데, 추가 금액을 청구했는데 제가 지적하자 취소해 주었습니다. 하지만 5성급 호텔에서 이런 사고가 발생할 리가 없습니다. 전반적으로 시내에는 같은 가격(혹은 더 낮은 가격)으로 훨씬 더 나은 서비스를 제공하는 여러 타지 체인 호텔이 있다고 생각합니다.

호텔 서비스는 아주 좋고, 시설도 꽤 새것입니다. 하지만 엘리베이터는 반응이 느립니다. 객실 카드를 인식한 줄 알았는데, 결국 다른 층으로 내려가는 경우가 많았습니다. 음식은 맛있지만, 베이컨이 부족한 것이 유일한 아쉬움입니다.

From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. 크루즈 여행 전날 밤, 이 호텔에서 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 호텔은 좀 낡았지만 아늑했습니다. 창문 밖으로 옆 건물이 보여 조용했습니다. 전날 밤 비행 때문에 잠을 제대로 못 잤는데, 이곳에서는 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 욕실에는 치약 세트가 있었고, 객실에는 차와 물이 준비되어 있었습니다. 조식은 특이했지만, 적당한 것을 고를 수 있었습니다. 예약 당시 가격이 저렴했던 곳들은 사진과 비교했을 때 훨씬 더 안 좋아 보였습니다. 위치는 매우 편리했습니다. 걸어서 모든 관광지를 둘러볼 수 있었고, 처치**트 역이 가까워 도비 가트 세탁소와 다라비 빈민가에도 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 딱 하나 아쉬웠던 점은 입구에서 짐꾼이 저항했는데도 불구하고 짐을 방까지 옮기려고 우리 팔을 거의 낚아채다시피 했다는 것입니다. 방에 도착해서 100루피를 줬는데, 마치 1루피밖에 안 준 것처럼 쳐다보더군요. 사실 짐꾼의 서비스는 필요 없었고, 돈도 인출하지 않았습니다.

최근 JW 메리어트 뭄바이 주후에 머물렀는데 대조적인 점이 많았지만, 궁극적으로는 장점이 단점보다 더 컸습니다. 도착하자마자 방 배정에 문제가 생겨서 처음 며칠 동안 2개의 방을 합치려고 하면서 여러 번 방을 옮겨야 했습니다. 숙박을 더 순조롭게 시작할 수 있기를 바랐기 때문에 약간 실망스러웠습니다. 하지만 3일차에 제대로 된 방에 자리를 잡고 나니 편안했지만, 조금 오래되었다는 느낌이 들기 시작했습니다. 바다 전망이 보이는 방이 2개 있었지만, 호텔 구조와 방의 위치에 따라 제한적으로 바다 전망만 볼 수 있어서 약간 실망스러웠습니다. 숙박 기간 중 가장 기억에 남는 순간은 의심할 여지 없이 로터스 카페에서 먹은 아침 식사였습니다. 선택의 폭이 넓어서 선택의 폭이 넓어서 예외적인 수준이었습니다. 셰프가 맞춤형 주문을 준비하는 라이브 스테이션이 훌륭해서 각 식사가 우리의 취향에 맞게 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사 서비스는 모범적이었고, 세심하고 친절한 직원들이 우리의 모든 요구를 충족시켜 주었습니다. 하지만, 매우 바쁠 때는 가끔씩 주문을 잊어버리기도 했습니다. 하지만 음식과 서비스의 전반적인 품질이 이런 사소한 실수를 보상해 주었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 큰 장점입니다. Juhu Chowpatty에서 도보로 조금만 가면 되기 때문에 활기찬 주변을 탐험하고 정통 길거리 음식을 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 영화 팬이라면 Amitabh Bachchan의 집(”Jalsa”)도 모퉁이를 돌면 바로 있습니다. 마지막으로 사소한 문제는 관례라고 생각되는 특별 웰컴 드링크가 제공되지 않았다는 것입니다. 아침 일찍 도착했기 때문이라고 생각하지만, 이런 수준의 호텔에서 시간과 상관없이 이런 음료를 제공했다면 좋았을 것입니다. 요약하자면, 처음에는 객실 배정과 가끔씩 서비스에서 실수가 있었지만, 비교할 수 없는 아침 식사 경험과 편리한 위치 덕분에 JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu는 뭄바이에서 기억에 남는 숙박을 원하는 여행객에게 뛰어난 선택이 되었습니다.
