Beautiful location and for the most part the service was great. First the pluses ....beach is super and the staff down by the beach was friendly and welcoming and they do a great job of creating safety (lots of lifeguard drills it appeared!) and overall the sense of a lovely vacation feel. There are golf carts to take you everywhere on the property, which is pretty necessary as the property is steep and quite spread out. You just give a call and someone shows up in minutes. Many of the drivers have a great personality, just made it surprising when a few of them seemed not friendly--and for us there was no need to speak English--I was always happy to try my Spanish! Ditto for the staff in the main restaurant--some were friendly and welcoming and a few others were all business and not very welcoming or patient. On with the plus items...the beds are very comfortable, rooms are private and quiet, and the policy of free mini bar snacks (with free restocking) is wonderful! The monkeys and iguanas --and sloths--on the property are terrific. There is a dinner in the beach restaurant on Wednesdays, Sats and Suns and since we were only there for the Wed dinner, I wish that the staff at breakfast had reminded us of it and also, there could be a small guide in the room that would include the beach dinner evening schedule as well as a map of the nature trail --with distances. We wanted to walk it ourselves, without their guide, but didn't have a good sense of the overall length of the trail. There was a little sense that they wanted to encourage us to sign up for their guided (for a fee) walk. The food in the main restaurant was good, but not exceptional and the dinners are quite expensive. The breakfast has many choices and again, it's good but not exceptional--but nice that it's included in the room price. Overall, however, it's a lovely place, clearly the nicest place to stay in Manuel Antonio, but also quite pricey, which you know if you're reading this! Trip.com had the best price by far, at least for November.

호텔이 실제로 꽤 좋기 때문에 호텔 앞은 오해의 소지가 있습니다. 객실은 꽤 좋습니다. 수영장 지역은 넓고 잘 설계되었으며 바로 거기에 바가 있습니다. 많은 객실에서 수영장을 볼 수 있습니다. 테니스/농구/실내 축구장은 지붕이 있는 훌륭합니다. 당구대, 탁구대, 축구대가 있습니다. 레스토랑은 24/7이며 매우 편리하며 포함 된 무료 아침 식사를위한 특정 일정에 묶이지 않는 장점이 있습니다. 주차는 처음에는 약간 혼란스러울 수 있지만 실제로는 객실과 가깝습니다(주차장에 가는 방법을 알려주는 도로에 추가 표지판을 추가하여 개선할 것입니다).

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

We came to hotel NYA for our honeymoon and were very impressed by the service! By far the best hotel stay we’ve had so far, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious, and staff were very kind and helpful. Every day the staff delivered a little dessert to our room free of charge, and surprised us with a honeymoon gift of a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board with warm fresh made bread and a handmade card. We highly recommend NYA for anyone staying in Montezuma!

Also ich muss schon sagen: dieses Hotel hat es mir sehr angetan. Ich wollte das Mountain Top Park Hotel gar nicht mehr verlassen und es ist mir am letzten Tag tatsächlich schwer gefallen. Zuerst mal zum Zimmer: ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Aussicht zum Berg (ich glaube mit Aussicht zum Meer kostet nochmal extra, das braucht man aber gar nicht, weil der Ausblick zu den Bergen wirklich wunderschön ist.) Es war unbeschreiblich schön, jeden Morgen mit so einem Anblick aufzuwachen. Ich habe während meinem Aufenthalt auch viele Vögel wie Tukane, Adler oder Ara-Papageien über die Baumkronen fliegen sehen. Wie ihr bestimmt schon gelesen habt, gibt es unglaublich viele frei lebende Tiere auf dem grossen Hotelgelände (das Hotel liegt ja quasi in einem Stück Regenwald). Ich habe z.T. mehr Tiere hier gesehen als im Manuel Antonio Nationalpark wie Faultiere oder Affen (am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein Faultier mit Nachwuchs entdeckt). Macht auf jeden Fall die kostenlose Morgen-Tour mit Guide. Es ist wirklich toll über die Hängebrücken zu laufen und nach Tieren Ausschau zu halten. Das Personal ist SUPER. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern (die sind nur etwas hellhörig, was aber mit Ohrstöpsel kein Problem ist). Also alles im allem war das ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich bereue keinen Cent :) PS: Lasst euch auf jeden Fall mit dem Golfcart von der Rezeption zum Hotel fahren, es ist zu anstrengend hoch zu laufen.

우리는 Casa Roland Golfto에서 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 우리가 지역 국립 공원을 방문하는 것이 중심이었습니다. 수영장은 훌륭하고 주홍색 마코앵무, 큰부리새 및 기타 야생 동물을 바라보며 볼 수 있습니다. 직원들은 음식 주문과 혼합하는 것을 제외하고는 매우 좋았습니다. 그 다음 부엌과 바 직원은 우리가 머무는 동안 우리를 차갑게 만들었습니다. (총 청구서를 지불했지만) 객실은 깨끗하고 좋은 주차장 공간입니다. 아침 식사는 매우 현지적이었고 실제로 우리 취향이 아닙니다.

Loved everything about my stay at Bohemia! Came solo for my birthday and it was peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. The room was spotless every day with a gorgeous pool view. The manager Chakib was amazing he gave me great restaurants to visit, recommended an awesome horseback riding tour, and even helped me find a cash car rental after I lost my cards. Super responsive on WhatsApp too, answers within minutes. Highly recommend!

리조트에서의 우리의 체류는 훌륭했습니다. 주인은 개인적으로 참여했고 고객을 만났습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고 직원들은 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 시설은 공정했고 객실과 욕실은 업그레이드가 필요합니다. 룸서비스는 주문하기 어려웠습니다. 도로를 수리해야 하며, 리조트로 가는 주요 도로를 포장하면 시설까지 운전하기가 더 쉬워집니다.

El servicio en este hotel fue muy bueno, la comida estuvo okay, el problema fue la habitación las cortinas tenían huecos, las paredes son muy delgadas y puedes escuchar absolutamente todo incluso si en las otras habitaciones están solo abriendo su equipaje se escucha, la ducha está en la bañera y mientras solo nos duchábamos el agua se quedaba estancada, la habitación no es confortable :(

Es un hotel realmente hermoso, las vistas que tiene son maravillosas, el personal amable y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, está un poco alejado, pero lo vale totalmente!!! El contacto con la naturaleza es grandioso, vimos monos capuchino, tucanes, loros, etc etc .
