그랜드는 대규모 보수 프로그램의 한가운데에 있습니다. 딸의 졸업식 양쪽에 2박 4인실을 예약했는데 미리 호텔에 설명을 해서 미용 등을 돕기 위해 방을 가까이 가질 수 있었습니다. 첫째, 현대적인 보수 공사 내에서 멋진 원래 기능을 갖춘 아름다운 건물입니다. 멋진 공공 장소, 쉬운 주차(주차장이 지저분하지만). 최고의 서비스 직원 - 우리의 모든 요청을 수용하고 딸들에게 선물로 무료 주차를 제공했습니다. 모두가 즐겁고 도움이 되며 효과적이었습니다. 바는 훌륭하고 훌륭한 서비스와 음료였습니다. 아침 식사는 화려했습니다. 고품질 재료로 매우 다양하며 아름답게 표현되었습니다. 객실은 단순하면서도 고급스러웠습니다. V 멋지게 꾸며진 욕실, 편안한 침대, 멋진 샤워 제품. 나쁜 - 우리 중 두 명은 비효율적 / 작동하지 않는 에어컨으로 인해 방을 바꿔야했습니다. 불행히도 내 방은 33도를 넘는 열로 최악이었고 미용사가 도착했을 때 더 뜨거웠습니다. 더위 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없습니다. 내 친구는 유지 보수 문제로 인해 도착하기 전에 이미 방을 변경했지만 그녀의 새 방에는 에어컨이 전혀 없었습니다. 별 4개는 모든 방의 에어컨(단 50%)이 있다는 것을 의미하지 않는다는 것을 알 가치가 있습니다. 백업을 해야 한 후 우리는 새 방을 할당했습니다. 내 친구의 방은 업그레이드 된 방이었습니다. 내 방은 아니지만 에어컨은 거의 수용 가능한 수준으로 작동했습니다. 즉, 내 딸 / 남자 친구와 그녀의 형제는 ”냉장고” 온도에 가까운 것이 없었습니다. 체크아웃할 때 아침식사 후 매니저와 이야기를 나다. 그는 또한 매력적이었고 내 불만을 완전히 받아들였습니다. 본질적으로, ”건축”은 여전히 진행 중이며 그는 그 문제를 보고하고 있습니다. 디네스티브의 건축은 악몽일 수 있다는 점을 감안할 때 그는 이 훨씬 더 큰 건축을 조정하려고 노력하면서 제 동정심을 가지고 있었습니다. 사람들이 방해를 받게 됩니다. 나는 6mth 정도에서 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 그들이하는 일의 많은 부분이 환상적입니다. 아직 ... 그러나 그것은 멋질 것입니다!

The accommodation was clean, the usual kettle, coffee and Tea was provided. Water was provided via a carefree ( flip open bottle with a stopper ). Not sure the tap water in the room was safe but the water supplied was good which was handy as you could not fill the kettle from the wash basin , which was small in size. My room had a walk in shower but it was in the shape of a quarter circle with the doors closing in the centre. If you were a large person getting in or out it was a squeeze. Towels, soap and shampoo provided but the satchels were difficult to open. Scissors or a sharp knife would be needed or very strong fingers lol. The bathroom was clean however there was an aroma maybe from the stench pipe but all in all it met my needs. Access was from a side door which you could unlock with the keys given to you when you book in at the bar. Be mindful all rooms are one floor up, the stairs are steep with one handrail so if you are disabled don't book here. Zowie was the lady in charge, polite, helpful and freindly but sadly the opening times of the bar are limited. Open from 12 midday to 10pm Mon to Friday and longer on Saturday and Sunday. They obviously do a good Sunday lunch as I arrived Sunday and the place was heaving with customers. Never got a chance to sample their cuisine , breakfast was in a cafe about 2 minutes walk away. I was out early and back late hence I did not eat there. Parking is free, but if you arrive Sunday the carpark will be full up with hungry customers. There was a housekeeper who would tidy the room, change the towels but the bedlinen is not changed daily. Overall the stay there was good however as there is no breakfast included it borders on being a little overpriced.

A great location,easy accessible from M1. This hotel has lost its way, would only call it a 2 star not 4 star. Food was average, my dinner guest received their meal 8 minutes before mine arrived. (There were only one other couple in the restaurant and the same happened to them) No cutlery was supplied until mine arrived. I have never seen a jug of gravy so congealed it wouldn't pour and tasted very salty. The grounds could be amazing but are unkempt and littered with cigarette butts and other rubbish. There seemed to be minimal staff on duty. Unfortunately I would not stay again.

Good place, cheaper than premier inn and also included breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough. Room was nice and clean and the plugs for charging was appropriate

The staff were very warm and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very well-equipped; the air conditioning was particularly effective during the hot summer months.

Seemed like a long walk from the train station to the hotel passing thru town and going onto an area which looked industrial and a little run down and filled with suburban malls and empty carparks. Google maps said 38 mins. I walked but it will be a short cab ride (prob ＜ 7 Pounds by Uber). The hotel is by the main road facing a walled park. First impressions were i don’t want to be walking home after dark (very few ppl around) and there didn’t seem to be much around it (except for the Indian restaurant affiliated to the hotel which was closed when I came). The entrance is small and not always manned. I tried contacting them to say I would come in early to drop my bags but didn’t get a proper answer. Fortunately, when I rang the bell, someone opened the door and reluctantly took my bag in. Despite my initial negative impressions, the lady who attended to me (Hanna the owner) late that evening was a complete sweetheart. The following day in the early morning when I could see things clearer and familiarise myself with my bearings, I formed a completely different impression. The adjacent park, Abbey Park is stunning and worth spending a few hours. It is a short walk to the city center (20 mins). I don’t think Leicester is doing well economically as the signs were prevalent in many parts of town. There are beautiful parts (downtown & old quarters) and the most pretty part was the park opposite this hotel.

A gem of a hotel, tucked away on the University Campus. Lovely furnishings, excellent food at reasonable prices, beautiful bar and restaurant. We’ll be using this one again.

호텔은 우리 방과 마찬가지로 깨끗했습니다. 유일한 것은 우리가 도착했을 때 우리 방에 갔을 때 매우 추웠다는 것입니다. 전화 리셉션에서 그들은 난방을 켜는 방법을 알려주었고 안전 문제로 인해 난방이 켜지지 않은 이유를 물었을 때 말했습니다. 우리가 히터를 켜고 나가는 것이 었기 때문에 몇 시간 후에 있었다면 우리는 매우 추운 방에서 잠자리에 들어야했을 것입니다.  그래서 좋지 않았다! 우리는 시설을 사용하지 않았으므로 실제로 이것에 대해 언급 할 수 없습니다.

그런 아름다운 호텔. 직원들은 매우 환영합니다. 모두가 도울 준비가되었습니다. 호텔 자체는 매우 깨끗하게 유지됩니다. 우리는 확실히 매우 편안한 숙면을 취했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 우리는 레저 시설을 좋아했습니다. 자쿠지는 우리가 가장 좋아하는 것이었고, 수온은 매우 뜨거운 목욕을하는 것과 같았습니다! 그것은 훌륭했다. 내가 본 것 중 최고였습니다. 또한 그것은 매우 좋은 크기였습니다. 수영장은 너무 추워서 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 저는 암 환자이고 찬물에 들어갈 수 없습니다. 그것이 나의 유일한 부정적인 점이었습니다.bi는 수영을 하고 싶었을 것입니다. 한증막과 사우나는 좋았습니다. 나는 또한 좋은 체육관이 있다는 것을 알았지 만 거기에 가지 않았습니다. 휴식을 취하거나 일할 수 있는 많은 소파와 커피 테이블이 있는 사랑스러운 가구가 비치된 조용한 방이 있었습니다. 또한 인터넷이 있는 컴퓨터와 우리가 사용할 프린터가 있어 일하는 손님에게 정말 좋았습니다. 나는 엄마와 나를 위해이 호텔을 조금 편안한 휴양지로 하룻밤 머물렀고 완벽했습니다. 주차는 전혀 문제가되지 않습니다. 우리는 우리가 그것을 정말로 즐겼기 때문에 미래의 전나무 jy 온 가족이 이것을 확실히 예약 할 것입니다.
