사실 좋은 호텔입니다. 결국 행복한 친구입니다. 도착하니 8시 30분이 넘었다. 거리는 비어 있었다. 배를 먹을 것이 하나도 없었습니다. 좌절해서 호텔로 돌아왔습니다. 로비 구석에 무료 온수 커피, 라면, 피자, 전자레인지가 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 와우! 이 호텔에 대한 좋은 인상을 갑자기 두 배로 늘렸습니다. 길을 건너면 아치에 접근 할 수 있습니다. 녹지 공간은 도시에서 가장 아름다운 곳입니다. 봄에는 꽃이 피고 우뚝 솟은 아치를 올려다보고 있습니다.

좋은 위치. 탕저스 몰 바로 옆. 친절한 프론트 데스크 직원! . 그러나 아침 식사는 그렇게 인상적이지 않고 기본적인 것들입니다. 욕실은 매우 작습니다. 키가 크거나 큰 사람이라면 방을 예약하지 마십시오. 침대는 매우 편안합니다.

나는 훌륭한 숙박을했습니다. 수영장은 깨끗한 방이 좋았고 깨끗한 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 무료 음료는 최고는 아니지만 무료로 제공되어 너무 많이 불평 할 수 없습니다.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and it comes with a wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and a blankets are warm!

Really nice location nice rooms little outdated but very comfortable service was amazing great location. The only thing that we were kind of bummed about is the pool was outside and it was closed. That was why we rented it in the first place, but overall great experience.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

리리뷰어Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

리리뷰어Two of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

리리뷰어Disappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking
I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

리리뷰어We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel.
Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited.
The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

RReedP여기 묵은 게 세 번째인가 네 번째인가 봐요 (저는 세 번, 아내는 네 번이라고 하죠 😂). 이번은 정말 최악이었어요. 다시 가볼 생각이지만, 편의시설은 이전보다 못했어요.
저는 매번 같은 스타일(킹사이즈 침대 1개 + 소파베드)로 예약했는데, 그 방을 예약했어요... 그런데 정말 너무 좁았어요! 15~20cm 정도밖에 안 되는 공간이 있었어요. 욕실은 너무 넓어서 좀 더 신경 썼으면 좋았을 텐데요.
아침 식사도 형편없었어요. 전에는 와플 메이커, 오트밀, 그리고 다른 따뜻한 음식들이 있었는데, 이번 숙박에는 계란👍과 치즈👍가 있었어요. 고기 없는 ”소시지”가 포함된 건 좋았지만, 기본 돼지고기 소시지는 라벨이 잘못 붙어 있었어요. 와플 종류도 제대로 관리되지 않았어요. ”펄 슈거 와플”을 제공했는데, 다른 곳에서도 먹어봤기 때문에 괜찮았어요. 그런데 와플을 1회용 파우치에 넣어두는 대신, 직원이 서서 와플을 열어서 서비스 용기에 담았습니다. 1) 직원과 집게가 뭔지도 모르는 사람들이 불필요하게 만지는 행위입니다. 2) 포장된 상태로 보관하면 마르지 않습니다. 3) 포장된 상태로 있으면 테이크아웃 손님에게 딱 맞는 음식입니다.
저희가 만난 모든 직원분들이 정말 최고였습니다! 프런트 데스크, 하우스키핑 등 모두 훌륭했습니다. 다시 방문할 예정이지만, 객실에 대한 접근 방식이 좀 달라졌으면 좋겠습니다.

리리뷰어이 호텔은 오랜 역사를 자랑하며, 모든 시설에서 유서 깊은 분위기가 물씬 풍깁니다. 방은 호출을 받기 전까지 청소가 되지 않아, 나흘 연속으로 침대 옆에 두고 간 팁조차 받지 못했습니다. 에어컨은 기대 이상이었습니다. 창문형 에어컨은 트랙터처럼 돌아가고, 중앙 냉방은 일정한 간격으로 자동으로 작동해서 현실로 돌아오는 듯한 충격을 주었습니다. 며칠 동안 제대로 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 이 호텔은 19세기 미국을 엿볼 수 있게 해 주었고, 마치 시간 여행을 하는 듯한 느낌을 주었습니다.

리리뷰어Location was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.
