GGrace Ridnour-NollschGorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

리리뷰어Overall is impressive. Friendly and helpful staffs. I love the ice machine so much, especially, when you are in a super hot day. There are a lot of parking spaces. There is a construction during our stay but that was not a problem at all.

Ssaori hiroseとても可愛いデザインのホステル！
プールがあり、カフェもあり、のんびりくつろげると思います。シャワールームには、ボディソープとコンディショナーが設置されていました。
自転車は一日100MXNで借りられるそうです。
ただ、メリダは非常に湿度が高く、雨が降ると室内は少しかび臭くなります。この土地では仕方がないのかなという気がします。
スタッフに部屋の交換を頼むと快く応じてくれました。
基本的には清潔です。
総合的には非常に満足です。動画がアップロードできなかったのが残念です。

리리뷰어Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

리리뷰어The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

리리뷰어완벽한 위치. 대부분의 기관이 Chichen Itza, Los Coloradas 및 기타 여행을 위해 아침에 픽업하는 메인 광장과 가깝습니다. 길 건너편에 OXXO가 있습니다. 모든 것이 도보로 가능합니다.
방은 매우 깨끗하고 매일 청소되었습니다. 샤워 시설과 큰 욕실의 큰 수압.
그것이 당신에게 중요하다면 유일한 단점은 거리에서 모든 것을들을 수 있다는 것입니다. 그러나 그것은 11PM 주위에 조용합니다.
큰 플러스 측면으로서 직원들은 환상적이고 도움이되었습니다!
확실히 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential.
However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

리리뷰어The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
