Wir waren das 2.Mal schon dort.Das gesamte Personal ist sehr bemüht! Es ist sehr sauber.Gute Betten, super Essen.Wir bevorzugen immer Elit +13 Bereich.Es ist dort einfach ruhiger.Super wäre es, wenn es mehr alkoholfreie Cocktails geben würde. Bei unserem 1.Besuch war es ein gesunder Mix aus verschiedenen Nationalitäten.Leider war es diesmal sehr russenlastig (dadurch leider sehr laut und keine Einhaltung von Regeln!) Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön an Sude Hanim (Müsteri hizmetleri),die stets immer um unser Wohl bemüht war! Und auch nochmals Danke an den Bellboy Mert! ALLE machen mehr, als sie müssten. Gerne wieder!

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

Замечательное место, Старбакс каждый день, мероприятия в 21:30 впечатляют. Приехали с девушкой в двоём, отлично провели неделю отпуска в этом отеле. Особенно радует персонал. Если вас смущает дальность от моря, то это не проблема, сам по началу за это беспокоился, но шатлы от отеля каждые 30 минут круто придумали!! Так же нам удалось побывать в АляКарт ресторане от отеля(бесплатный от 5 суток проживания). Еда восхитительного качества! Ещё раз обязательно приедем!)

전반적으로, 우리는 긍정적 인 숙박을했습니다. 우리는 특히 메인 뷔페 외에도 호텔의 일품 요리 레스토랑에서 무료로 식사 할 수있는 기회를 즐겼습니다. 그것은 우리의 경험에 좋은 다양성을 추가했습니다. 음식은 맛있었고 모든 취향에 맞는 옵션이 많았습니다. 엔터테인먼트 팀은 친절하고 환영했으며 매일 밤 저녁 쇼가있었습니다. 그러나 우리는 더 다양하고 활동적인 주간 엔터테인먼트 프로그램에 감사했을 것입니다. 객실은 약간 구식이며 개조 공사의 혜택을 볼 수 있지만 여전히 편안하고 쾌적했습니다. 전반적으로, 우리는 휴가에 만족했고 호텔에 대한 큰 인상을 남겼습니다. 🥰
