'We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.'

Maxx Royal은 정말 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.'

'I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.'

'Alles war perfekt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Es gab verschiedene À-la-carte-Restaurants und Aktivitätsbereiche (Freizeitpark für Kinder, Gaming Center etc.). Der Service war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und sorgfältig. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei İslam, İrina und Yıldan und dem gesamten Team des Voyage Hotels. Sie waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit und haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊'

'Отличный отель,отдыхаем в сети Глория не первый раз) Хотелось написать про подогреваемый бассейн,потому что информации по этому поводу практически нет. И так,бассейн на открытом воздухе теперь в Верде подогревается,верхний из двух и детский с морским песочком на дне. Были конец ноября начало декабря 2025 год.'

'Wonderful, attentive staff, amazing and copious food, brilliant organization and beautiful landscaping of the grounds. Rooms clean and comfortable, communal areas including bars and pool welcoming and stylish. Lovely gym, sauna and spa. Daytime animation way too loud for me but maybe I'm in the minority. More non smoking areas needed. Final point- I was surprised to discover that the vast majority of the 2000 guests were Russian. I love meeting people from different cultures and nationalities but being around 1200+ Russians was not always easy.'

'Большой, довольно старый отель. Есть горки, несколько баров, ресторанов и тп. Пляж - песок, с небольшими добавками маленьких камней, не напрягают вообще. Питание в целом хорошее, большой выбор, голодным точно не останешься. Амфитеатр, бэби клуб. Из минусов: - отель нуждается в ремонте - очень плохая уборка: неоднократно видели, как уборщица выливает на половую тряпку остатки из недопитых бутылок воды и так ”моет” пол. Все покрыто пылью, номера убираются плохо и не каждый день. Если в отель вложить денег, привести в порядок и навести порядок в уборке - будет очень достойный вариант в хорошем месте. В целом отдых понравился, люблю большие отели, чтобы было много пространства.'

'모든 것이 훌륭했지만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 호텔 로비에서는 생수만 무료로 제공되었습니다. 아이들을 위해 피자, 햄버거, 라바시 같은 간식을 무료로 제공했으면 좋겠습니다. 호텔 앞 대로변에 있는 다른 호텔에서는 물뿐 아니라 음식과 아이스크림도 무료로 제공하고 있었거든요.'

'В целом отель за свою цену неплохой, но есть нюансы, в апреле, видимо, пока еще не сезон и рестораны аля карт не работают. Еда в основном ресторане быстро надоедает и хочется разнообразия немного вносить. В стандартных номерах нет халатов, только тапочки. Также очень удивило отсутствие в номере чайника и минимального чайно-кофейного набора. При этом мини бар пополняют холодными напитками исправно. В целом в номере чисто, но бра похоже вообще не моют, на них огромный слой пыли. Хотя столы чистят регулярно. Еще тут интересная система с карточками, одна карта является ключом от номера и отдельная карта включает электричество, хотя во многих отелях это делается одной и той же картой. Меня об этом не предупредили и однажды я забрала с собой карту от электричества и не смогла зайти потом в номер, т.к. вторая карта - ключ осталась внутри. Отель нормальный, почти из всех номеров открывается вид на море. Номера стандарт конечно очень маленькой площади, но в целом жить можно.'
