'Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!'

'В целом отель за свою цену неплохой, но есть нюансы, в апреле, видимо, пока еще не сезон и рестораны аля карт не работают. Еда в основном ресторане быстро надоедает и хочется разнообразия немного вносить. В стандартных номерах нет халатов, только тапочки. Также очень удивило отсутствие в номере чайника и минимального чайно-кофейного набора. При этом мини бар пополняют холодными напитками исправно. В целом в номере чисто, но бра похоже вообще не моют, на них огромный слой пыли. Хотя столы чистят регулярно. Еще тут интересная система с карточками, одна карта является ключом от номера и отдельная карта включает электричество, хотя во многих отелях это делается одной и той же картой. Меня об этом не предупредили и однажды я забрала с собой карту от электричества и не смогла зайти потом в номер, т.к. вторая карта - ключ осталась внутри. Отель нормальный, почти из всех номеров открывается вид на море. Номера стандарт конечно очень маленькой площади, но в целом жить можно.'
