Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable.

Amazing everything

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

비즈니스 미팅 때문에 시내에 있는 동안 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 시내 중심가라 위치가 꽤 좋았습니다. 객실과 화장실은 꽤 넓고 쾌적했지만, 가구가 좀 오래되어서 좀 힘들었습니다. 그래도 시내에서 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 좀 평범했지만, 인도 음식과 유럽식 조식을 모두 즐길 수 있었습니다. 헬스장은 기본적이지만 다양한 운동 기구가 있고, 일출 무렵 시내가 한눈에 들어오는 멋진 전망이 좋았습니다. 개선할 점이 하나 있습니다. 침대 시트 아래에 검은 머리카락이 몇 개 있었고(저는 금발입니다), 방에 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 호텔 직원들이 청결에 좀 더 신경 써줬으면 좋겠습니다.
