Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala. The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

Location and service wise OK: one slight negative comment the supportive personal is too much sometimes, with sitting manners in the morning, keep pushing things or they need to be avoided by the customer while they are doing their job.

객실은 오래되었으며 일부 시설은 노후화되었습니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 열성적이며 제 시간에 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사의 종류는 많지 않지만 더 섬세하고 과일은 매일 제공됩니다. 호텔 옆에 공원이있어 걷기에 매우 적합합니다. 요컨대, 가격은 좋으며  기회가 있으면 다음에 사용할 것입니다.

푸네가면 첫번째로 찾게 되는호텔입니다~ 조식때 사람이 좀 많은걸 빼면 다 괜찮은거 같아요~ 위치또한 공항이랑도 멀지않고 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있고 해서 좋은듯합니다~

Amazing everything

Here is a review you can post on Trip.com for The Orchid Hotel Pune: Title: Disappointing stay – poor service and unfriendly staff Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I stayed at The Orchid Hotel Pune recently and had a very unpleasant experience. I requested airport pickup, but reaching the hotel to confirm this was extremely difficult – poor communication and no one seemed responsive. When I finally arrived, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the hotel strictly enforces a ”no outside food” policy. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient, especially when you want basic flexibility as a guest. Overall, the service lacked warmth, the communication was frustrating, and the policies made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, friendly experience.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

비즈니스 미팅 때문에 시내에 있는 동안 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 시내 중심가라 위치가 꽤 좋았습니다. 객실과 화장실은 꽤 넓고 쾌적했지만, 가구가 좀 오래되어서 좀 힘들었습니다. 그래도 시내에서 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 좀 평범했지만, 인도 음식과 유럽식 조식을 모두 즐길 수 있었습니다. 헬스장은 기본적이지만 다양한 운동 기구가 있고, 일출 무렵 시내가 한눈에 들어오는 멋진 전망이 좋았습니다. 개선할 점이 하나 있습니다. 침대 시트 아래에 검은 머리카락이 몇 개 있었고(저는 금발입니다), 방에 먼지가 좀 있었습니다. 호텔 직원들이 청결에 좀 더 신경 써줬으면 좋겠습니다.
