Ambience is awesome. Staff is courteous. Food too delicious. View from cottage room phenomenal. Recreation games tt, badminton, carrom, squash are free you can enjoy it. Swiming pool is awesome. You can have golf practise 50 balls in just 500 rs. Even amateurs can go for golf practise session

Very good staff with superb service. Fantastic location of the resort and a stunning golf view in the background. Good food and service. Best destination in Pune for weddings. Special thanks to Siddhu and Harsh for all the support and cooperation.

Wish I could give it 0/5. Poor hygiene, continuously non working / overflowing toilets and staff that is totally incompetent. Both the toilets in our suite continuously broke down including at night. The plumbing staff came and removed the WC from the wall, kept it on the floor and said we can’t do anything.

A very helpful staff, they helped me find my stuff (that I had forgotten) a week after leaving the hotel. They were kind enough to look for it, coordinate with the. courier agency and send it to me! Thank you so much ! Will come back again for sure!

If you planning an event here...think twice! The service is very very poor. The place has none of the expected amenities of a 5-star. No valet parking..it is quite a hike up to the location from parking! No staff to help with bags etc. No staff to guide guests at event. The ***ager (I think his name was Anil) is all show and pomp and no help or responsibility at the time of the event. The location to reach and a large part of the property is majorly under construction. Not a luxury vibe at all. The main 'ballroom' which is essentially a badminton court has peeling paint and dirty walls and curtains. The only redeeming quality is the location and views from some areas of the resort and the good breakfast. STay away unless you find nothing else in the city.

Great property, but it needs better maintenance and care. It’s quite pathetically run. There are constructions going on at different locations, which are not properly guarded and bifurcated. Food was very average, actually below average. I stayed in their golf view rooms first but on the way you have to cross a generator farm, very loud and somehow doesn’t give of any premium-ness. I stayed later in Iconic and the walkway was horrible. It’s feels like you are walking through a construction field, not something expected from a star category property. I had to practically carry the luggage and walk from the main reception to the iconic reception. Their service staff didn’t even bother to offer help. Not recommended for a vacation, unless it’s a trip of business nature.

Absolutely splendid rooms, view, food, ambience and hospitality. Best destination for wedding, social get-together. Has got multiple halls dining areas. Golf course is well maintained but with restricted entry. Overall fantastic.

The resort is beautiful in it's layout. The facilities are super comfortable- loved the rooms and the amenities. Special mention of the breathtaking view from the swimming pool. Courteous staff. Will definitely want to keep coming here.
