Marriott Omar Yam Entertainment Hotel에 머무르는 것은 좋은 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 아름답고 객실은 넓으며 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 주스는 모두 갓 짜낸 것입니다. 이는 다른 5 성급 호텔에서는보기 드문 것입니다. 호텔의 위치는 매우 좋으며 창밖으로 나일강의 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다. 주변 지역은 식사와 쇼핑에 매우 편리합니다. 이런 이유로 이집트 카이로 여행 시 호텔에 대한 요구 사항이 높은 친구들에게 추천합니다.

언제나처럼 훌륭한 숙박과 아주 좋은 아침 식사

프런트 데스크 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들이 매우 적극적이고 친절했습니다. 호텔 환경은 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 바나 카운터가 없어서 소규모 모임에는 불편했습니다. 켐핀스키 호텔처럼 음료를 제공하면 좋겠습니다.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

장점: 공항에서 1.1km로 매우 가깝고, 밤에도 가로등이 잘 되어 있어 도보 이동이 편리했습니다. 조식은 1층 수영장 옆에서 제공되며, 메뉴 종류도 괜찮았습니다. 객실 내에는 일회용 치약, 칫솔, 슬리퍼, 헤어드라이어가 구비되어 있었고, 웰컴 과일도 제공되었습니다. 단점: 체크아웃은 2층 프런트 데스크에서 진행되는데, 절차가 다소 매끄럽지 못했습니다. 객실 키 반납 후에도 객실 확인을 위해 프런트에서 기다려야 했습니다. 객실 인테리어가 조금 오래된 느낌이었고, 방 안에는 전기 주전자가 보이지 않았습니다.
