호텔 위치는 외지지 않았고, 호텔을 나서서 왼쪽이나 오른쪽으로 가면 먹을 것, 마실 것, 마사지 샵이 다 있습니다. 711도 있지만, 바로 아래층에 있는 건 아니고 좀 걸어가야 하지만 그렇다고 아주 먼 거리도 아닙니다. 프런트 직원은 그냥저냥 평범했습니다. 아주 무뚝뚝하지도 않았고, 그렇다고 아주 친절하지도 않았습니다. 어쨌든 물어보면 다 대답해주는 건 좋았지만, 푸켓에서 경험했던 여덟 개 이빨 미소 같은 건 없었고, 짐을 들어주는 사람도 없어서 모든 걸 혼자 해결해야 했습니다. 저는 5층 풀뷰 룸에 묵었는데, 4층에 레스토랑과 수영장이 있습니다. 수영장에는 간단한 어린이 놀이 공간이 있어서 정말 시끄러웠습니다. 아침 7시부터 온갖 아이들의 비명 소리가 시작됐습니다. 방음은 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 20일 새벽 3시쯤, 누가 체크인했는데 아이들은 비명 지르는 닭 같았고, 어른들은 문을 세게 닫았습니다. 복도 전체가 흔들릴 정도였고, 비명 소리와 시끄러움에 문 닫는 소리까지 한 시간 동안 계속되다가 4시쯤에야 멈췄습니다. 중간에 직원이 제지하거나 관리하는 사람은 아무도 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 종류가 적지 않았습니다. 호텔을 나와 왼쪽으로 조금 걸어가면 해변에 도착하지만, 길가에서 물가까지 폭이 매우 좁고 모래가 아주 거칠며 작은 돌멩이들이 섞여 있었습니다. 바닷물은 탁했고, 슬리퍼를 신고 걸었더니 모래 때문에 발이 아팠습니다. 터미널 21까지 택시비는 약 150바트 정도였습니다.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักดูแลดีมาก ห้องกว้างสะอาดหลับสบาย อาหารเช้าทำได้ดีมาก มีความหลายหลาย+อร่อย ที่ชอบที่สุดของเด็กๆคือสระว่ายน้ำ มีทั้งสระที่เด็กเล็กเล่นได้ และสระว่ายน้ำผู้ใหญ่ มาพัทยารอบหน้าต้องกลับมาพักแน่นอน

직원분들이 청소를 아주 깨끗하게 해주셨어요. 시설은 좀 낡았고, 공용 구역인 헬스장은 일상적인 관리가 좀 부족한 것 같네요. 수영장이 있다는 건 좋았습니다. 하지만 가격을 생각하면 이 정도는 감안해야겠죠. 다시 한번 직원분들의 깨끗한 청소 서비스에 박수를 보냅니다.

리조트가 올드한 느낌은 있지만 저렴한 가격이었고 동탄비치 바로 앞이고 좀티엔 고속버스정류장에서 걸어서 500미터로 가까우며 2층룸도 아주 넓고,청결하고 수영장도 3곳이라 넉넉하고 조용했음. 조식은 일반적인 호텔수준임 동탄~ 좀티엔비치 로드에 인도조성이 잘되어서 아침 저녁으로 조깅하기도 좋았고 코파카바나 콘도 옆 좀티엔 나이트마켓에서 저녁식사하기도 편리했음

호텔은 부두 맞은편에 위치하고 있으며, 모퉁이를 돌면 24시간 운영하는 7/11이 있습니다. 산이 보이는 객실을 예약한다면, 밤에 도로 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없을 것입니다. 입구 부분은 매우 불편하고 거의 존재하지 않으며, 엘리베이터는 카드로 작동하므로 나갈 때는 사용할 수 없습니다. 보증금 1000바트. 청결도는 3성급입니다. 방이 낡았는데 1박만 묵어도 괜찮을 듯

J 호텔이 근처에 세 곳 있는데, 이름이 약간씩 다릅니다. 이번에 묵은 곳은 큰 길가에 있는 J 레지던스 호텔이니 택시를 탈 때 잘 구분해야 합니다. 싱글 침대 3개가 있는 코너룸이었고, 발코니로 통하는 유리문이 있었습니다. 방음이 잘 안 되는 편이라 길가 소음이 좀 있었는데, 특히 오토바이 소리가 시끄럽게 들릴 때가 많았습니다. 방에는 전자레인지와 냉장고, 그리고 설거지할 수 있는 개수대까지 있어서 편리했습니다. 욕실에는 욕조가 있었는데, 높이가 좀 있어서 드나들기 불편했습니다. 칫솔은 없었고, 일회용 슬리퍼는 있었습니다. 호텔 입구에는 야외 수영장이 있고 24시간 피트니스 센터도 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐도 있습니다. 큰 도로를 따라 걸어가면 로터스 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 터미널 21까지는 걸어서 약 15분 정도 걸립니다.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

저는 에지 호텔(Ezzi Hotel)을 찾고 있습니다. 위치는 찾기 쉬운 편이고, 중톈 해변(Zhongtian Beach)과도 가깝습니다. 골목길로 400미터 정도 들어가면 되는데, 쏭태우(합승 택시)를 타면 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 쏭태우에서 내린 후 400미터 정도 걸어가면 엘롱 호텔(Elong Hotel)이 보입니다. 두 호텔은 200미터 정도밖에 떨어져 있지 않으니, 엘롱 호텔이 보이면 에지 호텔에 도착한 것입니다. 계속 걸어가면 제가 올린 사진 속 호텔이 나옵니다. 외관은 조금 허름해 보이지만, 호텔 시설은 괜찮습니다. 다만 방에서 약간 곰팡이 냄새가 났는데, 아마 해변과 가까워서 그런 것 같습니다. 전체적으로는 괜찮지만, 가격 대비 만족도는 평균 수준입니다. 호텔이 좀 외진 곳에 있고, 세븐일레븐도 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 수영장이 있긴 하지만 물이 너무 차가워서 수영하기는 어려웠습니다. 다음에 더 좋은 호텔을 찾으면 이 호텔은 다시 묵지 않을 것 같습니다. 참고로, 아마도 새해 전야 인파 때문이었는지 아침 식사는 무제한이었어요. 아무도 신경 쓰지 않았고, 방 번호도 묻지 않았어요. 그냥 먹으면 되고, 아무도 방해하지 않았어요. 대략 이렇습니다. 도움이 되셨으면 좋겠네요.
