Great hotel right in the center of Bilbao. The museums are about a 10-minute walk away, the historical center is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A bit pricey, but you can get a good deal if you’re flexible

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

Me alojé en el Axel Hotel Bilbao y quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia. El hotel cuenta con sauna y jacuzzi, y además tiene una piscina en la azotea que es perfecta para relajarse. El check-in es a partir de las 15:00, pero como la habitación estaba disponible, me permitieron entrar un poco antes, lo cual agradecí mucho. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Volvería a alojarme aquí!

사우나가 숙박에 포함되어 있다고 생각했기 때문에 호텔을 예약했습니다. 온라인으로 예약하면 추가 비용이 들지 않는다고 직원에게 말했더니, 스파의 일부라고 했습니다. 스파의 일부인 경우 언급하고 스파 섹션에 포함하지 않는 이유가 매우 혼란스럽습니다. 스파와 사우나는 같지 않으며 비용이 든다면 언급해야 합니다. 다른 것은 모두 훌륭했습니다. 또한 사우나에만 별도 비용이 없습니다! 헬스장과 사우나만 사용하고 싶었는데 스파는 없었습니다! 스파 없이 사우나를 예약할 수 있는 방법은 없었습니다. 하루에 20유로가 아니라 이용당 20유로인데, 특히 호텔에 이미 예약했고 객실 요금도 지불한 경우라면 엄청 비싼 것 같았습니다! 직원들은 다시 한번 융통성을 보이지 않았습니다. 사용하지 않을 것에 대해 비용을 지불하거나 사용하지 않는 것 중 하나였습니다! 결국 예약하지 않았어요. 스파를 이용하고 싶지 않았고, 사우나만 15분 이용하는 데 20유로라는 돈이 너무 많이 든다고 생각했거든요.

Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

빌바오 공항에 12시쯤 도착해서 늦게 체크인을 했는데, 리셉션의 직원이 매우 친절해서 좋았어요. 침대도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고,비록 스페인어를 할 줄 모르지만 직원들은 매우 친절해서 어려움은 하나도 없었어요!

Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .

객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 모든 시설이 완비되어 있었습니다. 경기장 맞은편에 위치해 있어 편리했고, 해양 박물관, 미술관, 구겐하임 미술관과 가까웠으며, 공원과 광장 바로 옆에 있었습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 미리 객실을 예약해 주셔서 긴 비행의 피로를 덜어주었습니다. 음식도 맛보고 싶었지만 늦잠을 자서 시간이 없었습니다. 사진과 음식은 아주 맛있어 보였습니다.

우리는 구겐하임 박물관의 환상적인 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 수건 냄새와 1인당 하나만 더 일찍 있다는 사실에 약간의 베몰. 그러나 그것은 개인적인 세부 사항과 개인적인 취향일 뿐입니다. 모든 것이 완벽하고 효과적이었습니다!

A propiedade é ótima, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Minha reserva era por 16 días, e não tive nenhuma das minhas solicitações atendidas. A limpeza foi feita apenas uma vez, faltando 2 dias para minha saída. Não havia nenhum utensílio na cozinha. Tive que comprar tudo. E apesar das minhas solicitações, nunca fui atendida. A lavanderia é muito útil para que fica bastante tempo. E a academia é bem interessante também.
