The service staff was great as she checked in with me prior to check in to see what we needed. She was v kind to offer us a proper hotel room to rest first before our presidential suite was ready. That said, the cleanliness could be more thorough as toilet bowl stains and hair were not cleaned thoroughly. The location is great as is just opp a huge mall with everything we needed.

I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as “Newly opened in 2026.” However, the actual experience did not match that expectation. Although the hotel appears to have been renovated, the building itself is clearly an older property rather than a truly new one. This was disappointing as the “newly opened” description was the key reason for my booking. During my stay, I had to change rooms more than once due to cleanliness and room condition issues. While the staff were polite, the overall standard did not reflect what most travelers would expect from a newly opened hotel. The breakfast service also needs significant improvement. The selection was very limited, food was often not replenished, and there was not enough for guests. The overall organization and quality of the breakfast experience were below expectations. I hope the hotel improves both its facilities and service standards in the future, and that the listing description is presented more accurate for guests
