This hotel is 10 out of 10. What impresses me is that not only the front desk staff are good. The cleaning lady working in the gym area is the best. Last night I took my clothes to be washed. She kindly helped me with using the washing machine. When I came back from dinner and went up to put my laundry into the dryer, to my surprise, my laundery was already in the dryer. I bet she put it in for me, because she even put in the dryer setting the same as the washing machine setting!! So kind of her. At times, a kind act deserves a big recognition. The room is well equipped and everything functions as it should. It was a good stay.

We found the room to be comfortable, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and helped us with whatever we needed, such as more water bottles. The view from our balcony was excellent. We used the drying rack to air our towels out. We don't have a car so we ate at the hotel restaurant and found the food to be quite good. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Our favorite dinner dish was the Tea Fragrant Tofu, 茶香豆腐。火麻野菜汤 Hemp Wild Vegetable Soup was also quite good. The local vegetables were a joy to eat. There were extensive walkways all around the property to get fresh air and exercise. The farm was truly organic and full of life. There were many varieties of butterflies and birds to be seen. Our driver who is a local let us know this region has many elderly who live to an old age. I can see why as this area has excellent qualities.

There is nothing blatantly wrong with the hotel except I do not think I was treated fairly. When I reserved the room a month again, I put in a special request for higher floor. I understand the request is not a guarantee, but when someone else checking in before me with the same type of room, asked for higher floor and got a room, while I had requested that for a month and yet my request could not be granted? That can only mean one thing: they never check your special request nor do they bother to take note of it! If that is the attitude of the hotel, it only implies that they act as if they care, but they don't. To me, I may never choose to stay in Vienna anymore.

Great value, exceeded our expectations for the price paid.  Staff was very helpful and readily acceded to our request to switch to a non smoking room and also helped to recommended a foot massage chain upon request. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and breakfast spread was good.

Amazing hotel in down town, brand new facilities and delicate details make the room fabulous. Everyone’s so nice here, shout out to the housekeeper team, they are the best!

매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 호텔은 아름답고 우아한 환경, 넓고 밝은 객실, 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔은 금수고진의 작은 마을 이야기에 위치해 있으며, 호텔 뒤에는 연꽃 연못이 있고, 호텔 내부에는 물고기 연못 다실과 우아한 카페가 있습니다. 가장 인상적이었던 것은 매우 따뜻하고 사려 깊은 서비스였습니다. 그날 일정이 지연되어 오후 9시에 도착했는데, 서비스 직원이 바로 나와서 짐 찾는 것을 도와주고 체크인까지 안내해 주었습니다. 원래 애프터눈 티는 저녁 7시까지 제공되는데 우리가 도착할 때까지 보관해 주셨네요. 모히토에 감사드립니다. 아침 식사는 국수, 죽, 샐러드, 빵, 계란, 찐 호박 작은 조각, 수박 등으로 1인당 1개씩 제공됩니다. 우유, 두유, 향차가 무료로 제공됩니다. 양이 충분하고, 영양도 균형있고, 맛도 아주 맛있어 우리 가족의 입맛에 딱 맞습니다. 다음번에도 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다.

호텔 로비는 잘 꾸며져 있으며 레저 의자가 많이 있습니다. 이 지역에서는 더 나은 호텔로 간주되어야 합니다. 방은 넓고 밝으며, 창밖으로 보이는 전망이 좋습니다. 호텔은 새롭게 단장되었으며 모든 측면에서 시설이 좋습니다. 방의 위생상태는 비교적 깨끗한 편이나 며칠 묵으면 화장지보다 생활필수품이 더 많이 추가됩니다. 청소할 때 주도적으로 추가하지 않고 프런트에 가서 처리해야 합니다. 말하다. 방에 있는 전화가 고장난 것인지, 프론트에 전화를 받을 사람이 없는 것인지는 모르겠습니다. 호텔에서 만들어주는 아침식사도 맛있고, 재료도 아주 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크에는 웨이터가 많고 서비스 태도는 모두 조금씩 다르지만 일반적으로 허용됩니다. 많은 분들이 호텔 주차가 불편하다고 말씀하십니다. 호텔 자체 주차장이 정말 어렵습니다. 하지만 차를 길가에 세워두시면 호텔에서 비용을 지불해 드립니다. 밤에는 호텔 옆에 있는 농업은행과 협력이 가능하고, 전담 경비원이 있어 주차 측면에서도 사실 상당히 편리합니다.

호텔은 고속도로 입구 바로 옆에 있으며 하룻밤 동안의 환승 정류장 역할을 합니다. 객실의 전체적인 가격 대비 성능 비율이 상당히 높으며 5성급 호텔 수준에 가깝습니다. 호텔은 상대적으로 새롭고 아직 약간의 장식이 있습니다. 특전 객실은 조금 작은 편이지만 침대 옆에 짐받이가 있어서 걷기가 불편하고, 객실 내 광대역이 원활하지 않은 것 같으나 프론트 아줌마가 매우 친절하고 친절했습니다. 열정적으로 나에게 아침을 주었다. 다음에 여행할 때에도 이곳에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것이며 친구들에게 추천할 가치가 있습니다.

Its a direct and short walk from nice railway station. Hotel staff are welcoming with quick check in. Room is comfortable with soft carpet. Nice breakfast at restaurant across the street. This is rentable escooter dreamland, especially for blue, and best electric vehicle environment. Thank you Vienna

호텔 주차장이 넓고 주차가 편리합니다. 시설: 새롭게 단장한 것이 매우 좋습니다. 스타일이 마음에 듭니다. 위생: 위생이 매우 깨끗하고 세부 사항이 잘 수행됩니다. 교통이 매우 편리하며 도시 병원 맞은편에 있습니다.
