Замечательный апарт-отель с великолепным расположением в центре! В соседнем здании супермаркет Carrefour (где можно рассчитаться картой втб мир), там же обменник. Прекрасный персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе, всегда доброжелательные и приветливые, спасибо за уют! В номере мини кухня (плита, микроволновая печь, ,стиральная машина), кофе/чай/сахар- на двоих. Вообщем это прекрасное место для пешего знакомства с Еревана!

아름다운 위치. 센터, 모든 것이 단계적으로 제공되지만 TK 호텔은 궁전에 있습니다. 매우 조용합니다! 매우 쾌활한 직원, 좋은 기본 아침 식사. 객실에서 따뜻하고 안정적인 온수. 차, 커피, 하루에 2병의 물. 좋은 매일 청소! 가능한 마이너스: 호텔까지 직접 택시를 탈 수 없으며 마당으로 들어가는 TK 입구는 슬러그바움으로 울타리가 있습니다. 하지만 100미터를 가면 어렵지 않아요!

Замечательный отель! Удобное расположение в самом центре. До любой локации удобно добираться пешком. Очень чисто, убираются на совесть! Вежливое обслуживание! Администрация также всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что в некоторых номерах окна замурованы со стороны улицы, то есть там стена, а окно формальное. У нас было такое в спальне, поэтому не критично. Небольшое пожелание насчет подушек, хотелось бы подушки побольше и не по одной на человека, чтоб был выбор. В целом проживанием остались довольны! В следующий раз возможно также остановимся здесь!

체크인 할때 따뜻한 쿠키를 주셔서 환대받는 느낌이 좋았어요. 웰컴드링크정도는 받아봤지만 수제 쿠키는 첨이라 색다른 느낌이랄까 기분이 좋아지더라고요~~~~ 깨끗했고요,침대도 넓고 좋았어요.조금이지만 창문을 열수있어서 좋았어요. 메트로도 걸어다닐만 했어요.버스도 삼거리라 가는방향이 많아서 타기도 좋았어요.스파도 무료라 괜찮은거 같았어요~~~제가 원하는 탕은 없고,스팀사우나만 있어서 보고만 왔어요.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

주요 명소까지 쉽게 걸어갈 수 있습니다. Replibic Square에서 5분, 현지 벼룩시장에서 3분, 까르푸 슈퍼마켓에서 3분 거리에 있습니다. 즉, 주변은 호텔 바로 옆에 건설 현장이 있어 약간 어둡고 조용합니다. 넓은 객실, 도착 시 무료 생수 1병. 내가 좋아하지 않는 것은 다소 따뜻한 에어컨입니다(조정할 필요가 없음). 마침내 창문을 열어야 했지만 모기가 들어왔다. 그렇게 좋지 않은 또 다른 점은 뷔페 아침 식사가 오전 8시에 늦게 시작되었다는 것입니다. 당일 치기 여행은 일반적으로 오전 9시에 시작됩니다 (그리고 10-15 분 거리 주변의 다른 위치에서). 그것은 내가 15-20 분 이내에 나의 아침 식사를 서두르야한다는 것을 의미합니다.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

The hotel is clean, service is great, staff are nice. We just had 1 issue with the safe it wasn't working and they couldn't solve it. But everything else was a delight 😊. There was also a problem with the shower head the water was coming out of the shower box but we didn't report it to the reception as we didn't have time for maintenance works. The room view was amazing looking at ararat mountain and the Breakfast had so many halal options. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex.

호텔은 선언된 숙박 시설 가격에 해당하지만 선언된 별 수에 해당하지 않습니다. 인상은 좋지만 아침 식사에 차 가락이 없어서 약간의 불편을 끼칩니다.
