예레반, Aram Khachaturian Museum 근처 호텔

좋은 점: 1. 호텔은 도시의 중심부, 특히 공화국 광장에 위치하고 있습니다. 따라서 이사하고 음식을 먹기에 이상적이었습니다. 2. 3성급이라 어른 2명, 아이 2명으로 충분했습니다. 나쁜 점: 1. 방: 방, 특히 화장실은 우리가 머무는 3박 동안 청소되지 않았습니다. 우리가 불평했을 때 쓰레기통만 픽업되었습니다. 2. 시설: 호텔에 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 우리 방은 4층에 있었고 우리는 수하물을 손으로 운반해야 했습니다. 그러나 이 점은 우리에게 관리할 수 있었습니다. 노인들이 여행하는 경우 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 3. 침구: 우리는 우리 중 4명이며 적절한 침구가 필요하다고 분명히 언급했습니다. 우리는 엑스트라 베드가 있는 더블 침대 1개를 예약했습니다. 더블침대는 조금 작았지만 괜찮았습니다. 엑스트라 베드는 스트레치와 같았습니다. 한 사람이 자고 있을 때도 그/그녀가 돌릴 경우를 대비하여 침대 밖으로 떨어질 것입니다. 우리는 조지아와 세르비아에 갔다. 그러나 제공된 엑스트라 베드(침대 너비)는 두 아이가 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있을 만큼 충분했습니다. 4. 추가 침대 요금: 그런 다음 우리는 추가 침대를 요청해야 했고 그들은 결국 우리에게 다시 하나의 스트레치 종류의 침대를 더 제공하고 3박에 AMD 9,000을 청구했습니다. 5. 아침 식사: 3일 동안 우리는 거의 변경되지 않은 동일한 메뉴를 가지고 있었습니다.

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

Good stay. Hotel was good. Close to city center. Staff professionalism varies. Rooms were clean. I was in a single room but my friends rooms caries alot it seems their is individuality in the each room and suite . Breakfast was decent and staff there were lovely Unfortunately there was no view from the rooms. Security lock in my room wasnt working honestly couldnt bother to complain. Soundproof was too poor. Some nights i couldn’t sleep because of slamming doors Grocery store near by and many nice restaurants within walking distance Tv channels can be improved with better english language entertainment channels

이 호텔은 활기찬 비즈니스 지구에서 한 걸음 떨어진 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 다만, 호텔방에 온수병이 없고, 숙박 첫날 물 2병만 제공되고 다음날은 없어집니다. 방의 침대도 일반적인 상태입니다. 그러나 이 집의 아침 식사는 맛있습니다. 하루의 식사를 위해 1000 현지 동전을 추가해야 합니다. 아침 식사는 하루 전에 사야 합니다.

Комфортные апартаменты в центре Еревана. Рядом куча вкусных и интересных мест. В этом же здании супермаркет, работающий до 01:00 ночи. Заселение бесконтактное. Мы заезжали до рекомендуемого времени и ребята приняли нас буквально через час после выезда предыдущих гостей. При этом всё было чисто. Коммуникации немного пахнут, нужно использовать вытяжку. В одну из ночей система вентиляции не справилась, проснулись от сильной жары, но кондиционер исправил атмосферу за минут 20) Утюг и фен простые, но свои функции исполняют хорошо. Бронировали через букинг, который не принимает российские карты, поэтому оплачивали наличными драмами.

This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

Отель однозначно понравился. Без изысков, но с внятным и позитивным ресепшеном. Локация для Еревана очень хорошая, центр, все в пешей доступности. О размещении. Маленькая комната, но все необходимое было внутри. Неожиданно приличный интерьер. В том числе и санузел выглядел очень неплохо. Как итог: за свои деньги - вполне! Для пересадки или остановки на 2-3 дня однозрачно подходит.

The quality of the hotel rooms is good and the rooms are large. Breakfast is served buffet style and is relatively complete. But it may be a little different from the tastes of Iranians. The hotel staff is very well behaved. Especially a beautiful lady named Annie who behaves very heartily and sincerely.

이것은 호텔도 아니라 환대 아르메니아의 집으로, 항상 행복하고 젊고 유쾌하며 매우 아름답고 교육을 잘 받고 교육을 받았으며 훌륭하고 세심한 젊은이들이 있습니다. 호텔 전문가로서 예레반 중심부의 많은 호텔에서 살았고 공화국 광장에서 ~3km 떨어진 스피어 호텔에 있을 때 머물기가 두려웠습니다. 하지만 호텔은 나와 영토에 적합하고 가격도 저렴해서 이번에는 여기에서 멈췄습니다. 소박한 방에서 보이는 전망과 함께 가장 편안한 침대(매트리스가 가장 쾌적하고 조용한 수면을 제공할 것입니다)와 가구가 있는 작은 생각의 객실에는 아늑하고 신선하며 아름다운 세련된 호텔이 있습니다. 호텔 전체와 객실 내부 및 구성 요소 - 커튼, 가구, 욕실 및 배관, 코트, 수건, 슬리퍼, 미니바 및 기타 모든 손님이 필요로 하는 것입니다. 사업가이거나 레크리에이션이 중요하지 않습니다. 다국어로 조용히 구사하는 아침 식사와 레스토랑 직원은 별도의 주제입니다. 적절한 피드와 함께 매우 신선하고 맛있는 모든 것이 있는 겸손한 아침 식사 뒤에 있는 모든 것을 찾을 수 있습니다. 따뜻한 요리와 차가운 간식, 신선한 야채와 과일, 현금과 과자, 젊고 아름답고 독창적인 여배우 Lilia 또는 레스토랑의 다른 직원을 제외하고, 당신을 위해, 그는 동쪽에서 향기로운 커피를 요리하고 필요에 따라 오믈렛을 준비합니다. 약 20일 동안 이 호텔에 머물렀기 때문에 다음에 예레반에 머무를 곳을 정확히 알고 있습니다. 그건 그렇고, 예레반의 중심부까지 도보로 정확히 35분이 소요됩니다.
