스칼렛 호텔 구석구석 디자인이 너무 마음에 들었어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고, 필요한 게 있는지 항상 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주셨어요. 어디 가야 할지, 뭘 먹어야 할지 등등이요. 아침 식사에는 현지 특산 요리들이 나와서 정말 맛있었어요! 매일 방에 신선한 과일도 가져다주셨고요. 위치도 시내 중심부에 있어서 황궁까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였어요. 3성급 호텔이지만 서비스는 5성급이라고 해도 과언이 아니에요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 호텔에 불편한 건 없는지 항상 확인해 주셔서 정말 감동이었어요! 진심으로 신경 써주시는 게 느껴졌어요! 💕 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

It was a very pleasant stay! The staff is super nice and helpful, they speak really good English so it’s super easy to communicate. The room itself is spacious, and the balcony is nice. The breakfast is not so big but everything that I tried was super good! About the location, it was super close to a lot of restaurants, and bars which was nice.

Phòng rất sạch sẽ. Chủ nhà thân thiện và rất chu đáo. Vị trí ở trong ngõ nên sẽ không có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô, xung quanh khu vực rất ít bãi đỗ xe. Hài lòng với giá phòng và chất lượng dịch vụ. Đề xuất cho những người đi công tác ngắn ngày.

A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

Vị trí khá ổn vì gần nhiều quán ăn, chợ đêm. Điểm trừ là ko có thang máy, nhân viên có khiêng vali nhưng cũng hơi bất tiện khi lên xuống. Giường đơn ghép lại mà do giường sắt hay gì á ghép lại nó ko khít, trang trí bên trong phòng hơi nửa vời (có cái kệ cao nhòng mà để vỏn vẹn cái máy sấy tóc phía dưới, nói chung nhìn chả đẹp mà cũng ko có công dụng mấy). Bên ngoài sân có ghế ngồi chụp hình, cây xanh lên hình khá đẹp.

3층 방. 뭔가 옛날 아파트..?같은 숙소였습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 깔끔하고 벌레 없고 방 아주 넓습니다. 개미 있다는거 보고 개미 등 벌레 주의해달라고 했는데 3층이라 그런지 괜찮았습니다. (다른 숙소도 가봤는데 개미는...방안에서 뭘 먹으면 안됩니다 뭐든...ㅋ 저도 알고 싶진 않았음.) 근데 가장 문제는ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ소음입니다. 첫날엔 옆방에 왠 벹남 가족들이 묵었던 것 같은데 뭔말인지는 모르겠지만 새벽 1시에 막 싸우듯이 얘기하더라구요... 1층 로비에 경비 같은 분이 있었는데 거기선 들리지 않는지 전혀 제지가 없더군요. 2시 가까이까지도 계속 이어져서 항상 귀마개를 가지고 다니는편이라 귀마개 끼고 잤습니다... 그리고 다음날 2박 밤에는 벹남 여자 애들이 수학여행인건지 친구끼리 온건지 모르겠는데 밤9시 좀 넘어서 숙소 올라오니 왁작지껄 미친듯이 떠들더라구요. 토요일밤이라 그런지 밤10시 되기전에 불토 즐기러 나가더군요. 그래도 걔네 돌아올걸 대비해 귀마개 끼고 잤습니다. 아니나 다를까 다음날 아침7시30분? 8시 사이에 깨서 귀마개 빼자마자ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ옆방 음악소리가 미쳤더라구요. 내방이 클럽인줄 알았습니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 옆방 클럽볼륨의 음악소리와 수다소리의 콜라보ㅋㅋㅋ 음악이 kpop은 아니지만..kpop같은 벹남 아이돌 음악 같았는데..ㅋㅋ동영상도 찍었는데 안올라가서 안타깝네요. 근데 한참지나서 선생님인지 숙소직원인건지 아주머니 목소리가 들리더니 노래 꺼지고 목소리 볼륨도 줄어서 그나마 조용해지긴 했습니다만... 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 이 숙소를 선택하시려면 귀마개를 꼭 챙기세요. 복도에서 떠들어도 다들립니다. 그리고 끝방은 모르겠지만 엘베랑 가까운 중앙방들은 창문이 있긴하지만 복도로 나있는 창이에요. 참고하시길.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super hôtel, très bon petit déjeuner est facile d’accès ! Dans une ruelle au calme, donc on y dort super bien. Literie au top, personnel charmant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous cherchez un hôtel sur Hué!

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

The hotel looks nice and modern when you first walk into the lobby, and the rooms are indeed spacious. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell, the bedsheets felt unaired and most likely not freshly changed, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The hot water didn’t run continuously—it came and went in short bursts, which was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, even though the hotel looks good in photos and has a pleasant aesthetic, I wouldn’t book here again.
