We’re been staying here once or twice a year for at least five years. It’s always friendly, clean with the best breakfast! Just a couple of broken things this time but they will get it fixed fast. Nice place.

저는 두 아이와 함께 5박을 묵었는데 이 호텔이 매우 마음에 들었던 이유는 다음과 같습니다. 1. 주방에는 모든 시설이 완비되어 있어 정말 쉽게 요리를 할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 식기 세척액, 식기 세척기 분말, 조리용 주걱부터 대형 수프 냄비와 철제 냄비(눌어붙지 않는 팬)까지 다양합니다. 인덕션 쿠커는 가열 속도가 매우 빨라 볶음 요리에는 적합하지 않지만 수중 만두와 국수 요리, 쇠고기 볶음 요리에는 적합합니다. 전자레인지, 토스터, 커피 머신이 있지만 주전자나 밥솥은 없습니다. 2. 아침 식사는 선택의 여지가 많습니다. 주식과 고기는 매일 다르며 3일마다 주기가 ​​다릅니다. 과일이 많아요. 월요일부터 수요일까지 오후 5시 30분부터 7시까지 샐러드와 주요 요리와 같은 가벼운 식사가 무료로 제공됩니다. 식욕이 적은 분들도 만족하실 수 있으며, 멕시칸, 그리스, 이탈리안 등 매일 테마가 달라집니다. 3. 1베드룸 스위트는 53평방미터로 매우 넓습니다. 침실 문을 닫으면 부엌이나 거실에서 일하는 사람들이 침실에서 쉬는 사람들에게 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 4. 객실간 방음이 매우 잘되어 옆방 소리가 잘 안들리고 복도도 조용합니다. 그런데 누군가가 위층으로 뛰어오르고 있었는데 그 소리가 분명히 들렸습니다. 내 방은 큰 도로를 향하고 있고 차량 소리가 들리지만 밤에는 차가 적기 때문에 잠에 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 5. 공용 공간은 실내와 실외 모두 넓고 새롭고 밝습니다. 수영장은 크지 않지만 목욕타월이 제공됩니다. 6. 소파베드는 조작이 간편하고 침구도 제공되어 직접 누워서 사용하실 수 있습니다. 하지만 스프링 매트리스는 몸이 무거운 사람에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 스프링이 허리에 닿는 느낌이 있어서 아이들도 문제 없이 잘 수 있습니다. 7. 세탁실에는 세탁기 4대, 건조기 4대가 각각 있습니다. 3$/회, 신용카드를 긁으세요. 8. 차로 5분거리에 코스트코와 한인슈퍼인 H마트(한식 도시락 있음)가 있어 반제품을 사다가 다시 만들어 먹기도 편리합니다.

가격 대비 성능이 높지는 않지만 위치가 훌륭합니다. 아이스하키 경기를 관람하려면 경기장까지 도보로 5분 정도 소요됩니다. 주로 팬들을 위한 호텔입니다. 셀프스테이의 아침식사는 보통 수준이며, 한마디로 차가 없는 손님이 하룻밤 머물기에 편리합니다.

디즈니랜드와 디즈니 캘리포니아 어드벤처 여행 중 4박을 이곳에서 묵었는데, 정말 최고였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 모든 것이 순조로웠습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 항상 친절하고 통찰력이 넘치며, 각자의 업무에 대한 전문가적인 태도를 보였습니다. 업무에 자부심을 갖고 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 호텔 자체도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 매일 무료 조식이 제공됩니다. 조식이 제 취향에 맞지는 않았지만, 개인의 취향 문제라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 저희 객실에는 전자레인지, 미니 냉장고, 심지어 욕조까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉난방 시스템이 완벽하게 작동했고, 도시의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 마치 제 집처럼 편안했습니다. 지난 몇 년간 여러 호텔에 묵어 봤는데, 이 호텔은 단연 최고였습니다. 다음 방문에도 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

미국의 홀리데이 인은 중국의 홀리데이 인만큼 좋지 않습니다. 위생 상태는 나쁘지 않습니다. 이틀 동안 머물렀는데 왜 방을 청소하지 않았는지 이해할 수 없습니다.

호텔의 위치는 해변 여행이나 인근 놀이공원으로 가는 고속도로 접근성에 완벽했습니다. 어린아이들과 함께 묵었는데 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 세면도구와 수건도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 편의 시설은 4점 만점에 4점인데, 커피 메이커는 있었지만 냉장고나 전자레인지가 없어서 어린아이들이 간식이나 음료를 사먹기 조금 불편했습니다. 주차도 편리했고 숙소 출입도 편리했습니다. 실내 수영장 시설도 훌륭했고 수건, 샤워 시설, 그리고 어린아이들을 위한 기저귀 교환대가 있는 화장실까지 갖춰져 있어서 편리했습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

방은 오래되었지만 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 사진과 다릅니다. 빵과 음료수만 있어요. 요거트와 스크램블 에그도 있어요. 다른 고기는 없습니다. 처음 이틀 동안 팔았던 사과도 나중에는 다 없어졌어요. 매우 맛이 없습니다. 우리는 그냥 재미있게 놀기 위해 그곳에 갔을 뿐이에요. 제 생각엔 유일한 장점은 디즈니랜드로 가는 셔틀버스가 있다는 거예요. 값이 싼.
