나는 항상 내 세계 여행 중 최고인 홀리데이 인 익스프레스 LA 캘리포니아를 가까운(공항 교통편 제공) 공항에 위치했습니다. 그러나 우리가 사용한 렌터카까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 그러나 이번 홀리데이 인. 익스프레스는 내 캘리포니아 경험을 능가했습니다. 체크인에 우수한 직원. 훌륭한 무타스키 기술, 문제 해결 및 손님에게 도움이되는 Anthony Joho. 체크 아웃 2 명의 여성과 히스패닉 남성도 훌륭합니다. 모든 것이 내 기대 이상입니다.

While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

Very nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all. Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

Surprisingly great hotel with a great atmosphere. The Bistro was especially good, and came in clutch.

I can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

It was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport.  Other than that, the hotel was good.  We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water.  There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr.  We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

예약 시스템과 온라인 결제 모두 만족스럽고 편리했습니다. 호텔의 위치도 좋고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 직원들도 친절했으나 유일한 불만은 침대 시트가 더러워서 방에 곰팡이 냄새가 났다는 것. 보이지 않았지만 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 잠자기 힘들었다. 청결만 보장된다면 이 호텔에서 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다.

It’s a good hotel. We stayed in a king room with partial river view. The room was not big.., but it was comfortable. Good amenities in the bathroom. Good “a la carte breakfast”..! We took 30 minutes from the hotel to the Everbank Stadium (Jaguars game) by foot. The hotel has a cozy bar at the lobby. I’d stay again..!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean . We had a great night sleep. Very quite ,also safe. The breakfast was fabulous. The lady that was doing breakfast that morning she kept up with everything and kept it very clean I believe her name was LaShawna. She is very outgoing and so sweet. The whole staff is awesome. Thank you yall for a wonderful stay and a great breakfast to wake up too. And coffee..Perfect..

우리가 도착했을 때 주차장에서 술에 취한 운전사를 체포하는 경찰 외에는 아무도 없었습니다. 우리는 경찰에 그 지역에서 식사를 하지 말라고 들었고 우리가 밤새 거기에 머물렀다면 어두워진 후에 나가지 말라고 들었습니다.. 그런 다음 우리는 전화로 오후 4시 이후에 등록하려면 오후 2시 이후에 돌아와야 한다고 들었습니다. 오후 4시에 우리는 돌아와서 우리가 등록한 텍스트 메시지를 보낸 후 아무도 찾지 못했습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 TV가 작동하지 않았습니다.
