Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. Very convenient location with walking distance to Jaya Grocer, 7-11 and even 南阳街(at night). Slept very well in the bed and loved the blanket.

벽이 얇아서 복도와 옆방 소리가 다 들립니다. 가격 대비 객실은 매우 깨끗하고, 안내된 편의시설(샤워젤, 칫솔, 수건, TV(넷플릭스 없음), 무료 생수, 전기 주전자)이 모두 갖춰져 있습니다. 헤어드라이어는 없습니다. 위치는 딤섬집, 식료품점, 다양한 식당과 오락 시설이 가까워 편리합니다. 체크인도 간편하고, 앱을 통해 음식 배달도 가능합니다. 강력 추천합니다.

It is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note. Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels. Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin. Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises. Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor. The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish. Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor. If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

The inside of the couch has caved in and the surface of the table is peeling off. The hairdryer works really well and the location pretty convenient. Thank you.

장소는 3개의 더블 침대가 있는 넓습니다. 위치는 주변에 식당이 있어 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 냉장고와 식탁이 있습니다.. 그러나 게이트를 잠금 해제하는 데 문제가 있을 때 경영진에게 전화하는 전화는 응답되지 않았습니다. 내 메시지는 ai가 응답했습니다. 우리를 돕지 않는 반복적이고 정중한 메시지. 결국 건물 보안관이 우리를 도왔습니다. 그에게 많은 감사를 드립니다! 그는 우리의 하루를 구했습니다! 마스터 침실의 AC가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 마스터 침실에서 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 우리는 레벨 15를 예약하고 대신 레벨 12를 얻었습니다. 경영진은 레벨 15를 보여주는 예약의 스크린샷을 제공했지만 레벨 12가 내 이름으로 예약되었다고 계속 주장했습니다. 손 씻기도 제공되지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 위의 것을 눈을 다면 다시 예약할 수 있습니다. 나는 그 위치, 저렴한 가격 및 공간을 좋아합니다. 12층에서 바라보는 뷰도 너무 아름답습니다.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
