Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and quiet. It is also quite large at 25m².The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is basic but adequate. VIP parking is 50 ringgit ...just outside the lobby and sheltered. Parking away from tbe lobby is 30 ringgit but not sheltered. There is another carpark in the basement which is free for hotel guests. There is a big supermarket and a Mr DIY at basement 1. There are many eateries and restaurants around the hotel...and I really mean many. We felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Very convenient location with walking distance to Jaya Grocer, 7-11 and even 南阳街(at night). Slept very well in the bed and loved the blanket.

예약할 때 비즈니스 미팅 장소와의 거리에만 신경 쓰고 주변 환경은 자세히 보지 않았습니다. 우선 체크인 절차는 매우 순조로웠고, 프론트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 배달 음식을 시켰는데 식기가 없어서 프론트 데스크에 문의했더니 도와주셨습니다. 하지만 솔직히 말해서, 사진으로는 좋아 보였지만, 실제로 숙박해보니 비품 품질이 매우 평범했습니다. 국내 100~200위안짜리 비즈니스 호텔과 비슷하게 시트가 더러웠고, 티슈, 수건, 칫솔 모두 저렴했습니다. 밤에는 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오지 않았습니다. 조식은 매우 평범했습니다. 매우요. 인테리어 스타일은 약간 붉은 나무 계열이었습니다. 어쨌든 번화가 근처에 예약하는 것이 좋겠습니다. 여기는 너무 외딴 곳이라 아무것도 없습니다.

Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families. Location is average if you want to be in the city centre, but overall it was a comfortable and fuss-free stay. ************* for a smooth trip. 일반적으로 단기 체류에는 괜찮습니다. 시트를 제외하면 대체적으로 깨끗하지만 교체하라고 안내한 후 훨씬 더 나은 숙박이었습니다. 내가 JB에 있다면 여기에 다시 머무르는 것을 고려할 수도 있습니다.

Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋
