RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

현명한 위치는 괜찮 았습니다. 밤에 너무 시끄럽지 않고 (내가 머무는 동안 일주일 동안 1 층 펍이 문을 닫았습니다) 호텔 1 층에서 몇 걸음 떨어진 카페가 있습니다. 금요일 밤에 S$ 110/night을 지불하는 것은 호텔의 시설을 기반으로 확실히 고가였습니다. 호텔을 개조하기 위해 더 많은 일을 할 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크의 직원은 정중하고 효율적이었습니다.

ZZhiyi26위치는 훌륭합니다. 선택할 수 있는 레스토랑이 많습니다. 하지만 피크 시간대에는 혼잡이 심하니 주의하세요. 직원들은 중국인 남자 한 명을 제외하고는 그다지 친절하지도 접근하기 쉽지도 않았습니다(아들인 것으로 추정됩니다. 그는 정말 훌륭한 직원입니다!)

HHi there!Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

KKukuboyjiushiwo예약할 때 비즈니스 미팅 장소와의 거리에만 신경 쓰고 주변 환경은 자세히 보지 않았습니다. 우선 체크인 절차는 매우 순조로웠고, 프론트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 배달 음식을 시켰는데 식기가 없어서 프론트 데스크에 문의했더니 도와주셨습니다. 하지만 솔직히 말해서, 사진으로는 좋아 보였지만, 실제로 숙박해보니 비품 품질이 매우 평범했습니다. 국내 100~200위안짜리 비즈니스 호텔과 비슷하게 시트가 더러웠고, 티슈, 수건, 칫솔 모두 저렴했습니다. 밤에는 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오지 않았습니다. 조식은 매우 평범했습니다. 매우요. 인테리어 스타일은 약간 붉은 나무 계열이었습니다. 어쨌든 번화가 근처에 예약하는 것이 좋겠습니다. 여기는 너무 외딴 곳이라 아무것도 없습니다.

리리뷰어I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

리리뷰어거실의 에어컨이 결함이있었습니다. 날씨가 너무 더웠던 며칠 동안 견딜 수 없었습니다. 결국 우리는 에어컨 몰에 몸을 담그기 위해 일찍 체크 아웃해야했습니다. 공용 욕실의 히터도 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 인스턴트 히터의 다이얼이 ”끄기”로 설정되어 있음에도 불구하고 물은 여전히 뜨거웠습니다. 우리는 뜨거운 물과 차가운 물을 직접 섞기 위해 두 개의 샤워 헤드 / 수도꼭지를 켜야했습니다. Covid가 우리에게 위생에주의를 기울이도록 가르쳤음에도 불구하고 손 비누는 제공되지 않았습니다.
