We had a bad experience as the management made a wrong arrangement of room placement and they shifted my things out without letting me know or asking my permission to another room which was also occupied. Even had to wait for few hours for the customer to come back to allow me to take my bag. Huge havoc due to management was not polite and did not ask for permission.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay! The hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view. The owner is very friendly and kind. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended and will definitely come again! ❤️

I booked 3d2n for family events, and the place was fully booked as it was school holiday and PH at the same time. Service staff were really nice and friendly, we felt immediately welcomed upon checked-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash ONLY upon check-in, so make sure you have some cash ready in your wallet. They provide buggy service to the hotel room, however many were broken so there’s only one operating so waiting time is prolonged but manageable. My kids love riding the buggy so that is also an attraction by itself. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast on Trip apps than at the receptionist. The location is very remote and food delivery apps will not deliver here. There’s also no lunch and dinner service available unless you book way ahead before coming. So for lunch and dinner time we have to go out, it has become very inconvenient as we planned to stay longer inside and enjoyed the facility than eating outside. The overall facilities are nice, it is a very spacious place where we could conduct a lot of activities for the kids, from swimming to badminton to indoor games and not to mention hike in the morning - mind you the hiking is not-beginner-level. However there are some challenges we faced during our stay. One of the rooms that we booked has water issue, at night the water just stopped flowing. And on the second night, there is an unfortunate power outage caused by faulty electrical equipment that resulted to about 6 hours of blackout in few rooms and also the clubhouse. It is understandable and commendable that they tried to fix the issue a quick as they can, and service staff on the ground handled the communication well by keeping us updated with the repair progress, and even accommodate us as best they could. However it is still very unpleasant experience to stay in the dark and also our program has to be cancelled due to this unfortunate event. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay here. And the staff are also very helpful. With the price we pay it is worth the stay and hope this place can improve further, especially when handling full house booking during peak season.

객실은 아름답고 두 사람이 머물기에 적합합니다. 가격도 적당합니다. 정말 저렴한 객실입니다. 생수는 직접 가져오셔야 합니다. 제공되는 물품은 머그컵, 숟가락, 다리미와 다리미판, 주전자입니다. 객실은 모두 깨끗합니다. 수영장과 정원은 모두 아름답습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

거실과 침실이 꽤 크네요. 숙소는 매우 아름답고 발코니가 있습니다. 주차 공간은 공간이 제한되어 있으며 엘리베이터에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 지금까지 외에는 아이들을 데리고 오기 때문에 별로 편리하지 않습니다.

방은 매우 훌륭하고 훌륭했습니다. 나와 가족은 방과 전망을 정말 좋아했습니다. 확실히 돈 가치가 있는 곳이고, 이곳을 다시 방문할 기회가 있기를 바랍니다. 다만, 개선하고 싶은 사항이 몇 가지 있으며, 향후 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 개선되길 바랍니다. 1. 체크인에 대한 명확한 지침이 없습니다. 우리는 모든 물건을 들고 다른 건물을 가로질러 걸어가야 했습니다. 결국 호텔 로비에서는 열쇠를 받으려면 예약 시 전화번호로 전화하라고 말했습니다. 게다가 우리는 30분 이내에 입장하기에는 너무 비싼 주차비를 지불해야 합니다. 가족들과 함께 왔기 때문에 오해로 인해 거리를 걷는 것이 매우 번거롭습니다. 2. 보증금 - 방 보증금으로 Rm200이 청구되었는데, 제 생각에는 꽤 터무니없었습니다. RM100만 된다면 정말 좋을 것 같아요. 게다가 열쇠를 받으면 현장에서 보증금을 내야 하는데, 환불이 24시간 안에 처리되는 게 너무 황당했습니다. 고객 경험에 도움이 될 수 있도록 최대 2시간 이내에 처리되기를 바랍니다.

방은 꽤 깨끗한데, 마스터룸 욕실 배수가 너무 느립니다. 에어컨은 없지만, 고층에 묵어서 그런지 여전히 춥습니다. 세탁기도 있습니다. 다른 건물인 지오38 레지던스에서 체크인해야 합니다. 체크아웃할 때 사람이 너무 많아서 좀 더 기다려야 합니다. 40층까지 층이 여러 개라서요.

침실 2개가 있는 유닛 3개를 예약했는데, 같은 타워인 타워 1에 있는 방 3개를 받았습니다. 같은 시기에 혼자 예약한 친구는 타워 2와 타워 5에 있는 방을 받았습니다. 방은 메이플 홈에서 관리하고 있는데, 관리가 잘 되어 있는 것 같습니다. 방은 매우 넓고 채광이 좋습니다. 마스터룸에는 욕조가 있는데, 욕조를 덮고 있는 유리 패널이 1/4 크기밖에 안 돼서 샤워할 때마다 물이 새어 나와서 욕실 매트를 항상 요청해야 한다는 점이 단점입니다. 2년 전에 이곳에 왔을 때는 다른 회사인 스카이 드몽(Sky D'mont)이 관리하는 다른 타워에 묵었습니다. 전에는 호텔 로비가 있었는데, 지금은 편의점과 커피숍으로 바뀌었습니다. 건물 외관이 오래되어 관리가 안 된 것 같아서 페인트칠을 다시 해야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적인 경험은 좋았고 가격 대비 만족도가 높았습니다. 3박 숙박 요금은 새로 지은 윈덤 호텔 1박 요금과 같습니다.

Great for families. Check-in is easy with clear instructions. Rooms are of good size. Gym and swimming pool are located at top most floors with Genting Highland view. A lot of food options nearby. Will repeat booking.
