It is the last home on a quiet street in the private community of Colina Monito. It sits on a little more than an acre of land for true privacy. There are serene views of the jungle with a beautiful view off of the two expansive balconies. The private infinity pool is perfect for lounging with a cocktail to watch the sunset after a full day ziplining, white water rafting, horseback riding or touring the National Park. The pool is surrounded by the lush canopy of the rainforest and gardens below with a constant breeze. The outdoor shower is a great way to end the day or use one of the two upgraded bathrooms inside with rainshower heads. A new rock-lined path to the waterfall on the property is another great activity during the daylight hours.
