기노사키 온천에 위치한 멋지고 현대적인 신축 호텔로, 호텔 주인과 직원들의 따뜻한 환대를 받았습니다. 도착하자마자 문 앞에서 주인이 반겨주었고, 아름다운 인사말 카드까지 준비해 주셨습니다. 웰컴 드링크도 제공되었고, 주인은 기노사키 온천의 각 온천의 장점과 맛집을 추천해 주었습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 새것이라 더욱 마음에 들었습니다! 특히 호텔의 일본풍 분위기가 마음에 들었습니다. 유타카와 1일 온천 이용권도 제공되었습니다. 다음 날 다른 호텔로 이동해야 했는데, 주인이 친절하게도 JR 역 근처의 다른 호텔로 짐을 옮겨주었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박, 훌륭한 직원들, 훌륭한 아침 식사까지! :) 기노사키 온천을 다시 방문하고 우츠로이 츠치야에 묵고 싶습니다.

Прекрасный отель! Единственный недостаток - удаленное расположение. Есть трансфер до станции, бесплатный кофе/чай/мороженное, сладости, вкусный ужин и завтрак, шикарные купальни (2 крытых ванны, источник на улице, купель с холодной водой), есть сауна, аппарат по массажу ног и массажное кресло. Весь отель покрыт татами, так что пожалейте людей и не тащите с собой чемоданы, оставьте их в коинлокере на станции.

기노사키역에서 멀지 않아 10분 이내에 도착 가능하며, 시내 왼쪽 길에서 단 100m 떨어져 있습니다. 쇼핑할 때 선택할 수 있는 다양한 유카타가 있습니다(클로즈업 + 낡고 퇴색된 느낌, 일부 호텔과 같은 스타일(조끼 재킷이 틈새와 대조됨). 가게 안은 항상 오래되었고, 이 시대에 USB 플러그가 없다는 것이 놀랍습니다. 2박 동안의 저녁 식사는 몇 개의 게 다리(충분히 신선하지 않음)를 제외하고는 평범했고, 사시미 생선 고기는 실제로 갈비뼈가 있었지만 길 모퉁이에 있는 사시미 레스토랑은 평평하고 맛있습니다! 보물실에서 타타미를 먹으면 방에 고기 냄새가 가득하고, 잠을 잘 때도 고기 냄새가 도처에 있습니다. 또한 일본, 특히 여기에서는 많은 외국인 근로자를 고용한다는 것을 발견했습니다. 제 여동생은 베트남에서 10개월 동안 여기에 있었고 미소가 가득하다고 말했습니다. 여전히 개선의 여지가 있습니다.

We had an unforgettable stay at Matsuya in Kinosaki. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special shoutout to Cho, a new team member from Vietnam who is studying Japanese. She was incredibly kind and made our stay even more memorable. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and offered such a cool and authentic traditional Japanese experience. The kaiseki dinner was incredible—relaxing, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We had an early train and couldn’t stay for breakfast, but based on dinner alone, I’m sure it would have been amazing. At check-in, we were given yukatas and traditional sandals to wear around town, which made the whole visit even more special. The onsens were wonderfully relaxing, and the town itself was friendly, charming, and exactly what we hoped for. I highly recommend staying at Matsuya if you want to experience the absolute best of Japanese hospitality, culture, and relaxation. Truly a highlight of our trip. We are a LGBTQ+ traveling couple and felt very welcomed.

I had a wonderful stay at this Onsen hotel! The service was exceptional, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The location is excellent which isvery convenient for exploring the area, as Goshonoyu is nearby, and you can walk to other Onsens within 5 minutes. Additionally, the Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a stunning view from the mountain. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Kinosaki Onsen!

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

우리는 이 료칸에서 환상적인 숙박을 했습니다. 직원들은 매우 세심하고 환영했습니다(우리 방 승무원 Suzan 덕분에) 체크인보다 조금 일찍 도착했지만 방으로 올라갈 수 있었고 차가 제공되었습니다. 방은 아름다웠고 우리가 저녁을 먹을 때 침대는 준비되었습니다. 우리는 유카타를 입는 법을 보여주었고 비오는 날씨에 좋은 부츠를 신었습니다. 음식은 예술 작품처럼 전시된 하이라이트, 신선한 제철 재료(게!)였습니다. 나는 우리가 더 오래 머물렀으면 좋겠다, 돈 가치가있다!
