Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Clean spacious room. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Parking off site is available for a charge. Able to unload the car outside the hotel was an advantage as the car park was too far away. Close to the old town.

El Palmeral is a great little hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and modern furniture. There is a cafe with food options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a nice area closer to the old town, which suited us. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing, fab apartments, fab location and the best staff. Contacted them in advance to ask if they’d decorate the room for my mums birthday. They went above and beyond. Can not recommend this place enough, will 100% be returning.

Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with. Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. The only reaction from reception was a shrug of the shoulders. Late night revellers is one thing but this establishment needs to decide whether they are actually a hotel or disco tech. We left a day early.

일반적으로 호텔은 괜찮고 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 호텔에는 작은 온수 수영장과 매우 차가운 물이 있는 더 큰 수영장이 있습니다. 저녁은 노래방과 라이브 음악과 같은 모든 종류의 쇼로 활기가 넘칩니다. 그러나 내가 머물렀던 방은 80 년대에 갇혀 있었고 가구는 낡았습니다. 전반적으로 방을 제외하고 나는이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
