유일한 부정적인 측면은 엘리베이터였습니다. 엘리베이터가 2 개 밖에 없었기 때문에 유모차가있는 아침 식사 공간으로 2 층에서 거의 불가능했으며 호텔에는 약 10 – 15 층이 있었기 때문에 내려갈 때 항상 가득 찼습니다. 따라서 우리는 유모차를 계단을 내려가 아침 식사 공간에 도착해야했습니다. 그 외에 모든 시설이 훌륭했습니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 대해 모든 직원에게 감사드립니다. 유일한 부정적인 것은 리프트였습니다. 2 개의 리프트 만 있었고 호텔에는 약 10 – 15 개의 식물이 있었기 때문에 아기의 차와 함께 2 층에서 아침 식사 공간으로 내려 오는 것은 거의 불가능했습니다. 그래서 그들은 항상 채워졌습니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 매우 편안했습니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 리프트였습니다. 아기 자동차로 2 층에서 아침 식사 공간으로 내려가는 것은 거의 불가능했습니다. 호텔에는 2 개의 리프트 만 있었고 호텔이 약 10 – 15 층이었던 것에 따라 리프트는 끊임없이 채워졌습니다. 따라서 우리는 계단에서 욕실을 들고 아침 식사 공간에 도달 할 수 있습니다. 그러나 모든 가능성은 좋았습니다. 일하는 직원들이 제공하는 좋은 서비스에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving. Plenty to choose from and things were replenished quickly. Tables were cleared efficiently so the whole process moved smoothly. Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my ”go to” hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Hotel Poseidón Playa is a 3-star beachfront hotel ideally located opposite Poniente Beach in Benidorm, offering stunning Mediterranean Sea views from all 312 rooms. Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area. The hotel boasts a buffet restaurant with a wide variety of local and international cuisine, earning praise for its delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again.

Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee. They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Los apartamentos están muy bien,la limpieza regular. Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar. Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva. Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien. El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Review of B and B Suits I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay. However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there. Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
