CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

리리뷰어Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

JJudith PapafotiouLa habitación y el baño sin mantenimiento, las puertas y marcos de ventana con humedad e hinchados por agua, soporte del lavabo oxidado, habitación muy básica y antigua, poca luz salvo de la ventana, cortina sucia y rota, se nota que falta mantenimiento y luminaria. El servicio de buffet muy bueno, comida elaborada y casera, libre en todo menos en la bebida que se paga al entrar y los camareros muy atentos para recoger platos y hacer el servicio de limpieza. El gym es solo lo que se ve en la foto, super pequeño y todo con cristal cerrado, una caminadora, una bici, una elíptica y unas pesas máximo 10 kg.

Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor.
Clean, but dated rooms.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel.
A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.

리리뷰어Los apartamentos están muy bien,la limpieza regular.
Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

그들이 방에서 차와 커피를 제공하지 않았고 우리는 주전자를 요청해야 했기 때문에 유감이었습니다. 우리는 주전자를 얻었지만 컵은 제공되지 않았습니다. 우리는 디스와 실내 수영장을 사용하는 것이 우리 방에서 차 / 커피 서비스를 제공하는 것과 마찬가지로 추가 비용이 발생한다는 것을 알았습니다.
방은 15 층에 큰 크기와 멋진 발코니였으며 카드를 사용하여 엘리베이터와 객실에 안전하게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 객실 금고에 대한 추가 요금도 예상치 못한 일이었습니다. 엔터테인먼트의 방식이 많지 않고 리조트 주변에 더 흥미로운 장소가 있었기 때문에 바나 카페테리아를 사용하지 않았습니다.
