This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. Thank you, Krystina, Joy, Miki, and Hamburg (the lovable dog), for a wonderful stay in Dali and for giving us sweet, memorable moments to cherish. We will be back! We miss you, Hamburg—lots. 이 호텔 정말 최고예요! 다음 다리 방문 시에도 이곳을 다시 선택할 거예요! 깔끔한 것을 선호하는 저에게 위생 면에서는 완전히 만족스러웠습니다! 환경도 너무 좋았고, 방에는 큰 통유리창이 있어서 밖의 예쁜 꽃과 식물들을 볼 수 있었어요. 서비스도 정말 좋았는데, 직원분들이 모두 친절하고 상냥해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다! 마지막 날 밤에 실수로 비상벨을 눌렀다고 죄송하다며 기념품을 주셨는데, 사실 저희는 너무 깊이 잠들어서 전혀 듣지 못했어요.🤣 작은 선물도 성의가 느껴졌는데, 귀여운 아기 코끼리, 냉장고 자석, 그리고 장미 두 봉지가 들어있었습니다! 호텔 위치도 아주 좋아요. 옛 시가지 안에 있지는 않지만 멀지도 않고, 옛 시가지 남문까지 도보로 약 20분 정도 걸리지만, 환경이 좋고 조용하며 택시 이용도 편리합니다. 옛 시가지 남문까지 택시비는 약 11위안 정도였는데, 저희는 계속 택시를 이용했기 때문에 아주 편리했어요! 이전에 리장에서는 옛 시가지 안에 머물렀는데 오히려 불편했던 기억이 있습니다. 폭우가 쏟아진 날 택시는 옛 시가지 입구까지만 갈 수 있어서 비를 맞으며 민박까지 걸어가야 했어요. 하지만 이곳은 호텔 문 바로 앞까지 택시가 들어올 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 리장과 다리에서는 숙소를 고를 때 호텔을 선택하는 것이 좋다고 생각합니다. 민박은 여러 면에서 많이 부족하네요.😅

나쁜 후기가 없는 민박을 선택한 건 정말 탁월한 선택이었어요, 최고입니다! **시설:** 방 안에 시설이 정말 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고, 뜻밖에도 수영장과 온천이 있어서 다음번에 올 때는 꼭 수영복을 챙겨야겠다고 생각했어요. **위생:** 먼지 하나 없이 깨끗해서 구석구석 정말 깔끔했어요. **환경:** 환경이 아름다웠고, 방 문 앞에는 꽃과 푸른 식물들이 가득 심어져 있어서 정말 좋았어요. **서비스:** 프런트 직원분들이 친절하고 세심하게 대해주셔서 마치 집에 온 것 같은 느낌이었어요! **아침 식사:** 4성급 호텔 수준 이상의 푸짐한 뷔페였고, 식재료도 신선하고 맛도 좋아서 정말 칭찬하고 싶습니다! 이 민박은 가족 단위 여행객에게 정말 적합해요, 강력 추천합니다!

Lovely place with very attentive service. They provide free electric bicycles to use and arranged a free car service to the train station when we departed. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We visited during off peak season (early January) which meant there were no crowds and it was peaceful to walk around the neighbourhood. 

I love this hotel so much. The hotel view is very great and the staff is very helping and friendly. Definitely will repeat. For the toilet very muslim friendly cause it has a bidet near the watercloset. It also serves free tea and orange. Very recommended.

🏠 숙소 환경이 매우 깨끗했고, 인테리어는 심플하면서도 편안했습니다. 객실에서는 얼하이 호수가 내려다보여 탁 트인 전망을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 공항에서도 불과 몇 킬로미터 떨어져 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 모든 객실에 더블 침대가 있어 커플 여행객에게 특히 좋았습니다. 숙소 주인분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다! 숨겨진 명소와 근처 맛집도 추천해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다!

這次帶家人一起來大理度假，入住水韻閣隱築野渡海景美墅體驗感超棒！民宿位置很好，離洱海S灣生態廊道很近，出門遊玩非常方便。庭院景色優美，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，配套設施齊全。老闆和工作人員熱情周到，服務貼心，有問題響應很快。環境安靜愜意，風景宜人，在院裏就能感受大理獨有的慢生活氣息，小朋友也玩得很開心。衞生做得十分到位，每個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨。整體超出預期，是親子出遊的絕佳選擇，下次再來大理還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給大家！

從雞足山回大理，臨時選擇入住到金梭島。來大理很多次了，第一次登島，這次酒店確是最滿意的一次。房間海景無敵，躺在床上就能看海看朝霞，設施非常智能，衞生也很乾凈。性價比超高！ 海景餐廳的早餐也是小驚喜。

방은 깨끗하고 특유의 냄새가 없습니다. 거기에 머무르면 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 주인과 그의 아내가 고객을 배려하는 관대함을 많이 보여줍니다. 화장지, 샴푸, 샤워 젤. 잘 알려진 브랜드에서 구매하고 생수는 무제한으로 사용할 수 있도록 복도에 놓아두었습니다. 사장님께 일회용 페이스타월 2개를 추가해달라고 요청했는데 사장님이 많이 챙겨가셨습니다. 포장된 음식을 보관하고 데울 수 있는 냉장고와 전자레인지가 있습니다. 이런 인심 좋은 사장님은 앞으로 사업이 점점 더 커질 거라고 생각해요. 주차는 문앞에 가능하며, 택시를 이용하는 것도 편리합니다. 바로 옆에 있는 바이 레스토랑도 매우 맛있고 저렴합니다. 그들은 모두 일을 잘하기 위해 헌신적이고 진지한 사람들임을 알 수 있습니다.

비수기에는 달리가 매우 아름답습니다. 피노는 비교할 수 없는 바다 전망을 자랑합니다. 얼하이 호수가 호텔 바로 앞에 있어 커피를 마시고 아름다운 얼하이 호수를 감상할 수 있어 매우 편안합니다. 호텔 옆에 무료 주차가 가능한 주차장이 있으며, 비용은 상인이 상환합니다. 자율 운전 여행에 권장됩니다. 객실에는 방향제, 엘비스 프레슬리 스테레오, 가습기, 전자저울, 금고, TV, 에어컨 등 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 매우 편안한 숙박입니다. 마음에 듭니다.
