리리뷰어Only accessible by car. We thought we could walk around the neighborhood but were dissuaded by the staff. Room, bed, bathroom were all clean. There is no lobby though to hang out in the morning. Breakfast is just bananas and sugary bars. For a motel and the price, it was fine.

리리뷰어The location was good and the decor was attempting to be up to date and modern but it just felt cold and fell flat. Like most hotels that arnt in the upper price point, there is mold in the AC units. There was definitely mold in the AC in the room we stayed in but we weren’t expecting to close the bathroom door and see it on the bathroom wall. Looks like someone missed a spot while cleaning. Makes you wonder what other simple areas were missed during cleaning as well.
There was a small breakfast in the lobby but the bare minimum. Won’t choose to stay here again but it absolutely was not our worst hotel experience while having to hop around for a month while we waiting for our rental to finish repairs.

LLesGTransport from airport took ages to collect & drop so lost most of the afternoon after a 16 hr flight. Hotel preferences weren’t adhered to. However the front desk lady on duty was amazing and arranged for a better option for us even though they were pretty full. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee machine in lobby was not working so couldn’t have a coffee before our early morning departure unfortunately. Only real fault with this hotel is I would say it’s very outdated and needs some maintenance. Probably wouldnt stay here again but it’s pretty cost effective and close to airport if you have an early morning flight.

This motel was Fairfield Hotel with all the works and pricy.Indoor heated swimming pool ,weight room,
huge rooms loaded with microwave,small dorm refrigerator ,huge 400 plus square foot rooms,35” new Roku TVs ,cold AC,new pillow top beds,very clean inside and out ,then an excellent full breakfast.
Was recently purchased by Sonesta.Goodservice,friendly staff but most new and learning but all is good.
In a very good location facing I10 here in Katy,Tx,every kind of eating establishment within block or two,upscale area.Anything you need is near.
I found this place by pure luck and online.

리리뷰어시설이 좀 낡아서 다들 맨날 하고있어요! 주변 환경이 조용하고 안전합니다! 프론트에서 환전가능, 인덕션, 냉장고, 전자레인지 사용이 너무 간편해서 후라이팬, 볶음, 튀김 스테이크 많이 사서 먹었어요!
