The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

너무 시끄럽고 나머지는 괜찮고 다른 하나는 묘지 맞은편에 있어서 금기된 사람에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 다른 집을 찾는 것이 좋습니다. 결국 이 물건은 모든 사람이 받아들일 수 있는 것이 아닙니다.

1. *DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston at the Galleria는 제가 이렇게 불친절하고 비전문적인 프런트 오피스 직원과 함께 묵고 있는 최초의 힐튼 관리 호텔입니다. 2. 안타깝게도 프론트 직원은 새로운 손님의 첫 번째 접촉자이지만 전문성과 예의가 부족합니다. 첫인상은 영원하다고 그들은 말합니다. 3. 프런트 오피스에서는 이름표를 달지 않기 때문에(핑키 프라단 제외) 익명으로 수준 이하의 서비스를 계속 제공합니다. 4. 레스토랑 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 친절합니다. 5. 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 6. 리프트가 너무 느리고 제가 머물렀던 7박 동안 계속 수리되고 있다는 점을 제외하면 시설은 매우 훌륭합니다(체육관 및 수영장). 7. 업무용 책상과 멀리 떨어진 킹사이즈 룸에는 콘센트(충전소)가 1개만 있습니다. 그래서 노트북 사용이 재미없었어요. 휴가가 아닌 출장 중이었는데 8. 객실에 생수 한 병을 제공하려면 힐튼 Honors 다이아몬드 회원이어야 한다고 들었습니다...놀랍습니다! 제가 이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 훈련 장소인 JW 메리어트와 가까워서 몇 분 정도 걸어서 왔다 갔다 할 수 있었기 때문입니다. 메리어트에 머물고 싶었습니다. 나는 내가 아끼는 누구에게도 DoubleTree by Hilton Houston at the Galleria를 추천하지 않을 수 있습니다.

환경이 좋고 서비스 직원이 열정적이며 아래층에 체육관이 있습니다. 불행히도 내가 언제 떠날지 몰랐다. 주변에 쇼핑몰이 없으나 갤러리아 등 쇼핑몰에서 멀지 않은 거리에 있습니다.

Room is comfortable front desk and manager are nice. Housekeeping is good in a good location close to where you want to go.
