I was so hesitant to book the beach front villa because sometimes it is not what they seem on the internet. It was such a regret, but asked their front desk if they can upgrade my room even just for few nights, luckily they had one available for two nights. They upgraded my room, of course with additional pay. Then I moved back to the tree house which is even bigger than the villa but a bit far from the beach. Their hotel staff were very accommodating, couldn't complain. Though, if you aren't used to chickens waking you up in the morning, the tree house won't be your best pick because below it is their mini zoo and garden. But if you're up to it, it's a really amazing experience. Their restaurant, bar, and cafe are all amazing, food, drink, price, and specially staff. They were all welcoming! The location is a bit far from the town and other establishments. Though, you can borrow one of their bikes to cycle around. All in all, it was a great time staying at this hotel. You'll really get your money's worth.

This is honestly the best review I have ever written, because this place was truly the top stay of our entire 46-day trip. The blankets and towels were always spotless, the room was very clean, fresh-smelling, and well taken care of. Every day the staff changed our towels, made the bed, and did some light cleaning: the service was outstanding. The receptionist was amazing, always friendly and ready to help. We left a 400-watt deposit, and when it was time to check out, everything was returned smoothly, with no problems at all. The location is excellent: very close to the beach, near food stalls and evening hangout spots, yet slightly separated from all the noise. This makes it ideal for resting, very calm and quiet. We also had coffee and some cookies included every morning, a small touch that made our mornings really pleasant. Everything about our stay was perfect — absolutely recommended!

장점: 10:00에 체크인했습니다. 첫 비행기로 도착한 이후로 정말 감사드립니다. 그들은 보증금을 받지 않았습니다. 우리는 방갈로에 살았습니다. 아주 작았고 바닥과 침대가 많이 삐걱거렸습니다. 욕실 문은 높이가 165cm를 넘지 않도록 설계되었습니다. 다른 사람들은 몸을 굽혀 들어가야 합니다. 모든 것이 낡았고 천장에는 구멍이 있는 회색입니다. 침구류는 좋아요 집 근처에는 발을 씻을 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 우리는 모래를 가지고 방에 들어갔고 모든 것이 모래로 덮여 있었습니다. 샤워기 헤드가 고정되어 있지 않아 손으로 잡고 샤워해야 합니다. 세면대 수도꼭지에서 물이 옆으로 흘러나오고 있었어요 호텔 면적이 작고 양쪽 해변에 제트 스키 대여소가 있으므로 물에서 수영할 수 있는 면적이 작고 부표로 분리되어 있습니다. 제트스키 소리로 인해 자연을 즐기기가 어려웠습니다. 아침 식사는 보통 수준이고, 커피 머신도 없고, 홍차도 없습니다. 우리는 두 번 다시 가지 않을 것입니다.

해변에 위치한 객실은 한쪽은 해변, 다른 쪽은 도로이므로 소음에 민감하신 분들은 불편하실 것 같습니다. 지역 주민들과 관광객들은 자전거와 밟는 것을 좋아합니다. 가장 가까운 마을과 부두는 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 가장 가까운 7-11은 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다(양방향). 해변 같은 게 있는데 항상 썰물이어서 거기에서 수영을 할 수 있을 거라곤 상상도 못 하겠다.

리셉션에 있던 여성이 태국어만 할 수 있어서 놀랐습니다. 다른 한 여성은 영어를 할 수 있지만 체크인 할 때 없을 때 태국어로 말하기만 하면 결국 전화로 영어를 할 수 있는 여성에게 대응해 달라고 했습니다. 밖에서 눌러줄 수 있는 열쇠는 南京錠에 놀랐습니다만, 안에 눌러줄 수 있는 열쇠는 조금 용서없는 느낌입니다. 열쇠에 대한 보증금은 아무것도 없었습니다. 15분 정도 걸어가면 7-Eleven에 갈 수 있지만 차 거리가 많은 곳이기 때문에 조금 주의가 필요합니다. 공항까지 단 100바트로 보내드립니다! 직접 택시를 부르는 것보다 저렴하고 매우 훌륭한 서비스라고 생각합니다.

Сразу нужно сказать, что кроме Бунгало через дорогу находится второй отель, он новее и работает вместе с Бунгало. Бунгало отель постарее, но очень удобное расположение. Пляж в двух минутах ходьбы. На пляже есть все необходимое - душ, туалет, лежаки. По дороге на пляж есть кафе хозяина Бунгало. Цены низкие, если сравнивать с ценами на Самуи. Хозяин всегда готов помочь. На завтрак угощал нас с женой сладкой едой. Иногда у хозяина случаются конфликты с туристами, которые не заселяются в отель, но пользуются территорией отеля для прохода на пляж. Не стоит этого пугаться, все быстро разрешается. В новом отеле есть бассейн, ежедневно предоставляется вода. Уборка проводится по необходимости, проблем с этим не было. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, остались только положительные воспоминания. Что касается расположения, то напротив находится магазин 7/11, что очень удобно. Также неподалеку расположена клиника, прачечная, кафе на любой вкус.

Good location, not far from the beach and everything. Rooms are very simple, but you get what you paid for. The main issue is that the staff very rarely can be in a hotel especially in the evening. You can wait your check in hours. Better to inform them of the exact time of arrival if possible
