너무너무 친절하고 락커도 큰 개인 락커가 있어서 좋았어요. 친구들을 사귈 수 있는 커뮤니티 룸과 매일 진행되는 행사들도 너무 즐거워 보였고, 실제로 많은 친구들을 사귈 수 있었어요. 프론트에 있는 친구들도 다들 너무 착하고 친절해서 좋았습니다☺️

방과 위치, 시설은 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 공용 냉장고가 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 체크인할 때 인터폰으로 호출해야 했는데, 비밀번호 입력 방식과 함께 설치되어 있어서 처음에는 좀 헷갈렸습니다. 전화했더니 친절한 직원분이 도와주셨습니다.

개인 객실에서 공용 객실에 이르기까지 예산에 따라 여러 옵션이 있는 매우 좋은 저예산 호텔입니다. 그들은 모든 사람이 따라야 할 좋은 규칙이있는 것 같습니다. 예약 당시 선불로 결제한 동안 레스토랑에서 조식 요금을 지불하라는 요청을 받았기 때문에 숙박에 작은 문제가 있었습니다. 나는 이미 지불하고 바우처도 보여 주었다고 그 여성에게 여러 번 말했지만 그녀는 감동하지 않았습니다. 조금 짜증났어요. 그녀가 실수를 받아들이고 사과했을 때 결국 문제가 해결되었습니다. 좋은 사람들의 징후입니다. 결국 좋은 경험입니다.

장점: 1. 풍성한 아침 식사 2. 친절한 프런트 데스크 직원 단점: 1. 위치가 불편합니다. 구시가지까지 버스가 30분이나 걸리고, 버스를 기다리는 것도 힘듭니다. 2. 방이 작고 옷장이 없어서 옷을 걸어두는 것이 불편합니다. 3. 객실에 주전자가 없어서 1층에 가서 채워야 합니다. 4. 객실에 헤어드라이어가 없어서 프런트 데스크에서 빌려야 합니다.

Everything is great except that the toilet is separate from the bathroom and there’s a sink next to the room where the toilet is located — other guests might use it while you’re doing your business, which causes discomfort and a sense of insecurity and lack of privacy. Also the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors a lot. Otherwise I’m more than satisfied with the accommodation for the price it’s a great option — I’m living here for the second time already. Also the technical support team didn’t send me the check‑in instructions on time and that made me nervous.

구시가지 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 호스트와 연락이 순조로워서 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천합니다.

Located a short walk away from the main station. Pretty good location. Self checked in was easy(even has a video attached). The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a shared bathroom and it was always clean. We had the 3rd floor which is a nice walk up. good value for money!

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

self-service check-in worked very well, instead of staying at the airport during the night for a flight early in the morning, I could sleep some hours and take a shower
