Above Hollersbach, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Table tennis. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Hollersbach Bahnhof" 1.5 km, railway station "Hollersbach" 1.5 km, bathing lake "Hollersbach" 3 km. Gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hollersbach-Skiarana Kitzbühel 3 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. "Top 2", 4-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 2nd upper floor: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Carpet. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
