요하네스버그 최고의 호텔. 안전한 지역, 근처에 훌륭한 쇼핑 센터. 정중한 직원, 쾌적한 손님. 체크인은 빠르고 개조는 훌륭했습니다. 나는 여기서 멋진 시간을 보냈고, 2박만 머물렀기 때문에 너무 나쁩니다. 한 가지 단점 : 지불에 문제가있었습니다. 나는 이미 Trip.com에서 호텔에 지불했지만 리셉션은 지불이 아직 처리되지 않았다고 말했습니다. 나는 호텔 직원에게 영수증을 우편으로 보내야했다. 다음날만 그들은 문제가 없었고 호텔이 지불되었다고 말했습니다.

The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm. The hotel grounds are equally impressive. Lush, tranquil, and meticulously maintained, they create a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. It’s the ideal setting for unwinding, whether by the pool, in the spa, or simply strolling through the gardens. Dining at Fairlawns was another highlight. Our stay at Bellgrove Guesthouse was warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The guesthouse offered a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located near Sandton and key amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous portions with options ranging from full English breakfasts to lighter continental choices. The parents especially appreciated the quality and effort put into the meals. The rooms were clean, practical, and suitable for a family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed environment that made us feel safe and at ease. Transport logistics in and out were manageable via Uber, although occasional driver issues with change were noted. Overall, Bellgrove provided a homely and dependable base for the Johannesburg portion of our trip.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.

호텔은 괜찮습니다. 특히 비용면에서 특별한 것은 없습니다. 내가 그곳에 도착했을 때 그들은 나에게 아직 청소가 진행 중인 방을 주었고 나는 문간에 서서 아주머니가 끝나기를 기다렸습니다. 나는 이 시점에서 시차가 너무 심해서 그냥 자고 싶었습니다. 그녀는 신속하게 처리하려고 최선을 다했고 매우 친절했습니다. 그리고 호텔 방에서는 코드를 스캔할 수 없어서 메뉴를 가져오라고 했습니다. 이 작업은 20분 이상 걸렸습니다. 음식이 도착했는데 고기 맛이 약간 떨어지고 덜 익었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼, 가운 등을 요청하면 제공하는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 방에 없고 너무 피곤해서 요청할 수 없었기 때문입니다. 만약 그들이 이것을 제공하지 않는다면 아마도 미래에 시도할 수도 있을 것입니다. 전반적으로 최악의 호텔은 아니지만 제공되는 서비스를 고려하면 가격이 약간 비쌉니다.

I have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too! The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business. The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades. The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money! Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)

I had an outstanding stay here during my recent business trip. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to navigate to meetings while still having great local amenities nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always my top priority. I was also very impressed with the facilities; the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a comfortable workspace that made it easy to stay productive. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff was professional, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or leisure.
