최근에 며칠 동안 묵었는데, 전반적으로 평범한 경험이었습니다. 체크인 과정은 순조로웠고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 하지만 객실 자체는 조금 더 현대적이었으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다. 깨끗하긴 했지만 가구들이 약간 낡아 보였고, 욕실은 사용에는 문제가 없었지만 수도꼭지에서 물이 새는 등의 사소한 문제가 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했지만 제 취향에는 조금 딱딱했습니다. 호텔 편의시설은 일반적인 수준이었는데, 헬스장과 작은 수영장이 있었지만 시간이 없어서 이용하지는 못했습니다. 와이파이는 잘 작동했고, 에어컨이나 난방에도 문제가 없었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 위치였습니다. 몇몇 레스토랑과 상점들이 가까워서 편리했지만, 특별히 훌륭한 곳은 아니었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 메뉴가 다소 제한적이고 음식도 그냥 그랬습니다. 결론적으로, 나쁜 숙박은 아니었지만 그렇다고 아주 만족스럽지도 않았습니다. 특별한 것을 기대하지 않고 그저 잠만 잘 곳을 찾는다면 이 호텔이 제격입니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its excellent location, top-notch service, and overall hospitality. The hotel's location was simply outstanding. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the city or embarking on a safari adventure, the hotel's central location made it a perfect base for my travels. The service provided by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. Our stay at Bellgrove Guesthouse was warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The guesthouse offered a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located near Sandton and key amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous portions with options ranging from full English breakfasts to lighter continental choices. The parents especially appreciated the quality and effort put into the meals. The rooms were clean, practical, and suitable for a family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed environment that made us feel safe and at ease. Transport logistics in and out were manageable via Uber, although occasional driver issues with change were noted. Overall, Bellgrove provided a homely and dependable base for the Johannesburg portion of our trip.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.

I have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too! The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business. The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades. The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money! Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)

호텔은 괜찮습니다. 특히 비용면에서 특별한 것은 없습니다. 내가 그곳에 도착했을 때 그들은 나에게 아직 청소가 진행 중인 방을 주었고 나는 문간에 서서 아주머니가 끝나기를 기다렸습니다. 나는 이 시점에서 시차가 너무 심해서 그냥 자고 싶었습니다. 그녀는 신속하게 처리하려고 최선을 다했고 매우 친절했습니다. 그리고 호텔 방에서는 코드를 스캔할 수 없어서 메뉴를 가져오라고 했습니다. 이 작업은 20분 이상 걸렸습니다. 음식이 도착했는데 고기 맛이 약간 떨어지고 덜 익었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼, 가운 등을 요청하면 제공하는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 방에 없고 너무 피곤해서 요청할 수 없었기 때문입니다. 만약 그들이 이것을 제공하지 않는다면 아마도 미래에 시도할 수도 있을 것입니다. 전반적으로 최악의 호텔은 아니지만 제공되는 서비스를 고려하면 가격이 약간 비쌉니다.
