ZZarina멋진 위치에서 잊지 못할 숙박!
우리는 이 아름다운 호수 리조트에서 가장 멋진 3박을 했습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 직원들은 우리를 환영하고 친절하고 도움이되며 진정으로 수용 적입니다.
설정은 절대적으로 아슬 아슬하며 리조트의 전체 분위기는 평화롭고 편안합니다. 긴장을 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다.
객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.
이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!

RRina LamsalVery nice property for layback family vacation. We wanted to escape the crowd during the holidays and Kumarakom was the right choice.
Staff is very helpful. Breakfast and lunch were amazing! Kerala home cooked food.
The only thing we find not convenient were no hot water for the shower and no fridge in the room. Otherwise place is very nice for couple of days.

KKrishnaA serene retreat with the kumarakom Lake area. The resort has very attentive staff and there's quite a bit to do and explore within the resort.
The bungalows are really authentic to the traditional Keralite style. They come with an open to sky bathroom that makes the showering experience amazingly refreshing!
Definitely would recommend!!

리리뷰어We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us.
Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best.
Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff.
Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views.
The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage.
Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us.
Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste
We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES

리리뷰어Good property cannot say the best one from 5star point of view because they are lacking in some areas to make them a five star property, rooms are of bit old construction really need renovation to make them look good, best part is there swimming pool cottages that we booked breakfast and dinner spread needs enhancement as it was very basic which generally we get in 4 star, staff was really helpful and responsive, chef was really good as he prepared food for our daughter, overall a nice stay but really needs improvement to make them a 5 star property.

리리뷰어A 5 star location and a nice and peaceful resort, but I wouldn't say it is a 5 star resort, more like 3-4 stars and you're paying for the location rather than the resort.
The rooms are large and spacious but are in need of an upgeade.The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant needs more organisation though. There are lots of staff but many of them are just standing around and it took nearly an hour for us to get an order of tandoori roti.
