"I will be the first one to admit openly to you all right now that I was a First Time International Solo Traveller to India, therefore I was incredibly nervous about travelling to this specific Hotel but it is clear that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and it put my mind at ease when I walked in to the Hotel at Midnight pretty much having travelled across the country they welcomed me in with open arms, but I will warn you all right now if you are an International Traveller that there is quite a bit of Paperwork Formalities to fill out prior to you booking in to the Hotel. The Service provided was one of absolute excellence, I could not fault the service that I was provided and would like to thank them for their patience in dealing with me upon my arrival especially as the only thing I knew how to speak was English! The Room itself was pristine, clean and very comfortable with great Air Conditioning and the Fan which was an absolute relief having travelled in such intense heat! I couldn't fault any bit of this hotel at all especially the beds! Thank you for everything and I will definitely be back!"

The deluxe room with balcony was excellent in its hygiene and room services was offered to delight the customer with a minimal price. The responsive service from the restaurant attached, good authentic food offered serenity to my purpose to travel to kuttikkanam, thekkady, wagamon and so on during these days. "Only had one night but room was very spacious with working air con on a very hot night. The staff were polite and friendly and whilst we were in the pool one of the workers offered to get us a couple of pool towels. The pool was clean and very inviting temperature. There is a really nice raised area to sit above the pool which had a slight breeze. The food in the restaurant was not that great but as nothing was really close by and we had no transport this was really only option."

"Lake song Resort has it all as a perfect serene package from the beautiful backwaters of Kerala touching its lawns to the inbuilt canals to the Ayurveda Centre with amazing Therapy massages and more. The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........"
