리리뷰어Excellent host Mr. Najeeb. Spacious rooms and modern bathroom with tub. You can access the dining area and the rain deck.
The property is approx. 3-4 km from the beach. Many good restaurants are accessible if you have a vehicle. Parking is adequate.
Just don't miss the morning south indian breakfast.

NNipa.Smith장소는 평화롭고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다. 위치는 해변과 레스토랑 근처에 있었고 길 끝에 Alappay로 가는 버스가 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았습니다.
교신이 조금 부족했습니다. 우리는 그들이 세탁을했는지 물었고 그들은 예라고 말했지만 실제로 그것을 완료할 수 없었던 것 같습니다. 아침 식사 시간이 맞고 놓쳤습니다.
2미터 떨어진 기둥에 우리 발코니를 가리키는 감시 카메라가 있었는데, 조금 이상해 보였습니다.
솔직히 말해서 우리는 다시 거기에 머물지 않을 것이지만 그것은 우리의 경험이었습니다.

SSergeiOkrНеплохой недорогой отель, чтобы остановиться на один день по пути куда-то. Ориентирован в основном на местных. Нет алкоголя, бассейн глубиной всего 1,2 метра, в котором местные купаются почему-то в одежде (мужчины в футболках, женщин купающихся не видел). Ресторан тоже ориентирован на местных, но большое спасибо повару, который согласился пожарить кальмары просто на гриле, без местных соусов.

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

리리뷰어I stayed in oceana residency for 2 nights. They provide us a very good familiar environment to us and very humble and good nature people. The rooms were at their best, clean with full of all the essentials. They also help us for planning our tour in allephuza.

리리뷰어I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.
