Club Mahindra Arookutty, Alleppey

Resort is amazing with all amenities. Very safe environment for kids. Ripples restaurant food is very good and baby friendly. Restaurant staff is very cooperative and efficient. Humayun Akhil Poonam and Rajiv are remarkably good. I loved the vellyapum they had prepared today.

It was really a good experience at this resort and the service provided was ultimate especially Nalin helped us a lot in celebrating birthday and overall the ambience, room, food, royalty, spa and staff everything was awesome and fantastic

Very friendly staff. Good service and food. Mr. Nalin and Mr. Sazrudin were very helpful and courteous. Good hotel with very nice view. Neat and clean. Restaurant is very nice and hygienic. Hi tea was complimentry. Overall good package with good facility.

The staff behaviour and experience in resort was very nice And food test was very nice . Specialy thanks to Naalin for taking care of us & his team. Room also very good overall we spend 4 nights with fully enjoy. We would like to recommend must visit on this property. We will be back again ☺️ Thnks for the hospitality

The property is located near the backwaters of Aaleoey and provides a calm and serene view. The hospitality of the staff members is very good. They are very warm and well trained. Customer centricitu is one quality that I admired the most. I wish to highlight the name of staff member Nalin who handles Food and beverage section at this property. He is a perfect example of how a ideal club mahindra employee should be

Nalin helped us out very nicely and created a good package for the food and meals for us. We had a great time at the property with good clean rooms and delicious food. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for a short stay in the vicinity..

Food was very nice and excellent services also to good Mr. NALIN has given a verry good take care of us , Nalin was given a nice pkg and the food was verry good .Mr. ASIT chef verry good take care regarding the food always he done a verry good job. The receptionist Namitha she is very coporative . Sarjid provide a verry good services. Arrokutty resort verry nice.

After my stay at Club Mahindra, Munnar, we came down for a short stay to Club Mahindra, Arookutty, and this resort is beautifully different from the rest. It's set in the back water area of Alleppey and it does give a beautiful personal touch to the local style statement. It definitely maintains the great Mahindra brand name in a unique Kerala way. Loved the overall experience and found the rooms to be very neat and clean. It has a great and huge garden area which touches the backwaters and the sunrise and sunset makes the overall vibe even more great.

Location is beautiful next to lake. Rooms are spacious n modern. Radhika front desk provided us with great room n early check in. She is very hard working n lovable. Nalin restuarant manager is great proffesional with personal touch. He works hard for revenue of mahindras but also provides great deal. Plus he has his personal magic. He interacts, understands & executes. All the best to him & others at resort.
