Awesome property on Back Waters with excellent room. Very courteous staff and quick service. Mr Vishnu front desk ***ager was very helpful and gave a lot of tips on sight seeing. Would highly recommend this property for relaxing. Food was great. Will definitely visit this property again.

The moment you enter the property,you will feel the calmness. It’s been spread over a large area with beautiful view of Backwater. There are lots of spaces to sit and hang around. The rooms are in Villa style with attached balcony ,where you can relax and see the Houseboat moving around on backwater. The view is so soothing that you will want to spend hours with a cup of coffee. They have a very good maintained Swimming Pool with infinity style, where you relax and again can see the backwater. They provide a complimentary Shikara ride which one should avail. We also opted for Kayaking, which they organise with a trainer and it was a super experience. One should do it once. The food menu was limited and since the property is on backwater itself, there are a lot of insects in the evening. So it’s better to have dinner in the room. Overall a super experience.

This resort is quiet interiors where you won't find nothing nearby. You also cannot venture outside the hotel because there's nothing outside its gate. The property is so amazing ***** with the lake view so that you can just chill in the evening and in the pool. I must say this is one of the best properties I have visited in recent times, but, but, the service is not at all up to the mark. You need to make repetitive calls for anything you require, be it for housekeeping or room service. There are very limited options for vegetarians and the spread in the breakfast was also quite limited. The only saviour of this property is the lake view and the rooms which are quite good. The hotel also provides complimentary one-hour shikara ride which you can enjoy, but there's lack of ***power, personnel to cater to the needs of the guest when we visited in the first week of December 2023.

Paloma team and hospitality staff is very friendly and accommodating to your concerns & needs. Rooms, common area & pool is well maintained. Restaurant is very neat and spacious enough offering descent tasty food options. The new team set by Mr. Vishnu is working hard to bring in new facilities and experience to the guests, as expressed enough. I visited the property yesterday and the experience was really good. The location is the first attraction. We stayed in the Premium lake view room with the most serene view of the lake. We could spend hours just on the balcony alone! The room was clean and well maintained. We used the pool in the evening and got to see the sunset from the pool which was a super cool experience. The property is in a very pristine condition with beautiful walkways. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the team there. The Resort ***ager, the Receptionists, the room boys, the security... everyone was quite friendly and accommodating. The extent they all go to help us out is praiseworthy. To sum up, we enjoyed every bit of our stay there and would visit again, for sure.

A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location, with views nd peaceful , The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again.because it’s best to relax nd enjoy the nature ….

We stayed in the resort for just one night and 2 days. It is by far the best resort experience in Kerala. The rooms are clean and the back water views from the resort are amazing. Staff is very friendly with timely service. We booked two rooms there and we had to call the staff six times which they attended to without any delay or irritation. I wish we would have stayed longer. I will definitely come back here.

Beautiful property and uniquely placed with a view such close to the backwaters of Kainakiri. What stood out for us was the lovely treatment, proactive care and lip smacking fresh sea food delicacies organised for us at the room. A very pleasant and courteous staff orchestrated by ***n was such a positive note for the entire stay! ***esh at front desk took extra care for a smooth checkin and checkout experience, working in tandem with ***n. Ashwin, the young boy who came in for kayaking ensured such a safe and fun experience in the water! We thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend to everyone - don’t miss this. Then came Rajeev with his Shikkara boat and the way Aswin and Rajeev engaged made a difference and helped us to understand the local canals, ending of Pamba river nearby and to experience the way of life of local people. Recommend these rides to know the people and culture better.

It was a nice experience to enjoy with family and friends. Good and friendly staff behaviour. Ambience of the lake view rooms are awesome. Planning to visit once the private pool room in the future. Have a nice day!
