최고의 위치에 정말 깨끗했어요! 주인분도 정말 친절하시고, 언제 어떤 질문에도 바로바로 답해주셨습니다! 매우 깔끔했고, 요청하는 대로 식수도 제공해주셨으며, 웰컴 과일까지 챙겨주셨어요! 벌레도 전혀 없었고요! 분위기도 따뜻했습니다! 오토바이도 빠르고 저렴하게 잘 준비해주셨어요! 저희가 3군데 다른 숙소에 머물렀었는데, 여기가 단연 최고였습니다!! 믿으셔도 돼요!!!!

A stunning place and magical people! 🤩❤️🩷🧡 Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. Нас радушно встретили, как в гости к хорошим друзьям приехали. 🤗 Домики хорошо расположены, на расстоянии друг от друга, никто никому не мешает. С видом на сад. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌 Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение. Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍 Молодцы, желаю процветания этому эко отелю и чудесной семье! ❤️🤩👍 Рекомендую!💯

방이 정말 좋았고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 직원들도 매우 친절했고요. 서양 외국인들이 많았는데, 호텔 내에 전용 해변이 있어서 굳이 밖으로 나가지 않아도 바다를 즐길 수 있었어요. 인피니티 풀도 있어서 수영하기 편했고, 아이들은 어린이 풀에서 신나게 놀 수 있었습니다.

서비스: 정말 최고였어요! 체크인 공간도 쾌적하고, 웰컴 티도 상큼해서 특별한 대접을 받는 기분이었어요! 다음 날 새벽 2시 30분에 아침 식사가 필요했는데, 직원분이 미리 오셔서 맛있는 음식을 가져다주셨습니다. 환경: 모든 기능 구역이 세심하게 디자인되어 있었고, 전통 문화와 예술이 잘 어우러져 현대적인 시설과 합리적으로 조화를 이루고 있어 아주 좋았습니다! 위생: 객실 청소가 정말 부지런하게 이루어졌습니다.

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

오션프런트에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 해변이 정말 깨끗하고 파도가 없어서 편안하게 수영할 수 있어요! 객실은 아늑하고 깨끗하며, 음식도 다양하고 정말 맛있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 항상 어떤 질문에도 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 무료 자전거를 타거나 탁구를 치거나 요가 수업에 참여할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 정말 최고예요! 👍🔥

객실은 사진과 똑같았습니다. 아침 식사는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 국수는 없고 죽, 우유, 빵뿐이었습니다. 직접 내린 커피는 괜찮았지만, 해산물 모듬은 별로였어요 🤔. 길 건너 편의점 맞은편 왼쪽 첫 번째 가게 해산물 모듬이 훨씬 신선했는데, 거기는 300위안이 넘는 큰 해산물 모듬이가 있었거든요. 그나마 나았던 건 마늘 버터 소스를 곁들인 랍스터와 왕새우였습니다. 호텔 해산물은 냉동된 것 같았고 신선도가 떨어졌지만, 라이브 콘서트 분위기는 좋았습니다. (첨부된 해산물 모듬 사진은 호텔 사진이 아닙니다.) 무엇보다 칭찬할 만한 건 모든 직원의 훌륭한 서비스와 미소였습니다. 정말 세심하고 배려심 넘치는 서비스였어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다.

전반적으로 호텔의 평점은 3.5/5였습니다. 장점: 친절하고 상냥한 직원, 질문이 있을 경우 항상 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 넓은 객실. 아침 식사가 맛있고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 지역 전체는 나쁘지 않아요. 수영장이 두 개 있고, 토끼도 있고, 추가 요금을 내면 체육관도 이용할 수 있어요. 복도에는 항상 맛있는 냄새가 났다. 단점: 객실이 매우 오래되었고 청소 상태가 좋지 않음. 체크인 후, 담요에서 뭔가 달콤한 냄새가 나는 것을 발견했는데, 섬유 유연제 냄새인 줄 알았는데, 여기저기 냄새를 맡아보니 보통 사람이 자는 오른쪽 머리 부분에서만 나는 냄새였습니다. 이는 곧 방 청소에 대한 결론으로 ​​이어졌습니다. 아마도 마지막 손님이 떠난 후로 린넨을 갈아입을 사람은 아무도 없었을 겁니다. 두 번째 문제는 슬라이딩 옷장 문이 계속 떨어져서 전혀 작동하지 않는다는 것입니다. 화장실 환기가 잘 안 됩니다. 옆방에서는 오전 9시 30분부터 하루 종일 수리 작업이 진행 중이었고, 해머 드릴로 벽에 구멍을 뚫고 있었습니다. 한쪽 건물만 리모델링하고 옆 방으로 사람들을 옮기지 않는 게 뭐가 문제야? 그 외에는 전반적으로 살기 괜찮은 편인데, 객실 가격이 너무 비싼 것 같아요. 해변은 멀리 떨어져 있고, 거리에는 두 개의 번화한 도로가 교차하는 지점이 있는데, 항상 교통 체증이 있고, 주변에는 먹을 곳이 없습니다.

Great stay. Complete breakfast with delicious fruits. Staff ready to help at anytime and very lovely. The room was very nice, including a nice bed, chair and desk for work. The shower was very good too, comparing to others I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I’d definitely stay again and for longer.

가성비가 좋아서 저처럼 배낭여행객에게 딱이에요. 방은 평범했지만 모든 방에 발코니가 있어서 놀랐고, 매트리스가 정말 부드러워서 아주 편안하게 잤습니다. 가장 인상 깊었던 건 직원들이 서비스 정신이 뛰어나고 예의 바르게 미소 지으며 인사해줘서 정말 좋은 인상을 받았다는 점이에요!
